    630 lbs Bench Press

    This is my girlfriends-friends-brother benching. I have been told it's 630 but I cant make out how many plates are there.

    looks like there's 5 plates on each side which would be 495lbs

    630 would be 6 plates aside and like two 10lbs plates............the video is kinda blurry and i dont know if i see that many plates on the bar but none the less it looks damn heavy. Good lift!

    Whippidy do da day....wish I was 4 foot 8. He can barely get the bar off the rack cause his arms are so short. Decent weight for his size though.

    Looks like 3x100lb on each side but with the bar it would be 645 would it not?

    In powerlifting the plates go up to 50kg so thats 110lbs per plate.
