    Looking solid.
    Any back shots?

What are the weight classes and what are you shooting to come in at?

Are you looking for a critique or just posting pics?

Well what are the weight classes for the contest you're entering?
Is it novice class? If so you'll more than likely be Heavyweight, probably around 200lbs shredded depending on your experience. I'd start now, your bodyfat is on the high-side, try 16wks out.

I'd have to know much more about you to determine this.

Current diet, proposed plan, lifting routine, etc etc etc..
There is a lot to this, also have you started practicing posing?
    Is it an NPC show?
What compound will be used if any as of now?

There is just too much to give a simple answer.

Post your diet in the Diet Forum in a more readable form with Macros listed.

Otherwise we can critique your pics if that is what you're looking for:

Here's what sticks out to me that might hurt your chances at winning depending on who shows up and how big the show is.

    1. Shoulder + upper chest development
    2. Arm development (hard to tell because of pics, can't see tricep etc)
    3. We need pics of your back (this bodypart alone will win or lose a competition, we can only see half your body from your pics).

Hard to tell much also because of the excess amount of bodyfat you're carrying, when you begin to diet it off you'll then begin to really see what needs work and what is good.
Leg development looks good which will help win the show and overall proportion looks pretty good.
It will all come down to how bad you want it, if you've never dieted for a contest before (from the looks of it I doubt you've been below 10% in quite some time) then you're in for a suprise! lol

Hang in there bro and hopefully we can help you pull this off, just keep us posted as you go, I'm sure you'll have tons of questions.

i like your base brother...And as B D said, when you get dieted down for a show, you really start to see your weak and strong points....Thats what I found out when I did mine....

I think your Chest, shoulders, and Traps need some work...I want to see your back too...Legs and Back can win you a show, I think you're legs are going to look good, we will see about the back...
