    Question Y100s almost pre tbol

    These are a couple days after my tbol cycle started ... carrying a little more bodyfat than I would like ... Damn my back sucks ... this is the first time I've seen a pic of it ... have alot of work to do.

    hey thanks for the pics as you can tell following your post closely as i will be doing very similar soon, so very eager to see how you progress, good base so would think results will be good! have u thought bout after your cycle? im planning on doing clen as it help keep the gains and reduce body fat?

    Hey man, thanks for following. During my pct, I'm gonna be running Nolva and Myogenx. After that I'm gonna just go on a clean 2500 cals a day to cut more. After a couple months see where I'm at and go from there.

    IMO upper chest needs work also. You have the build to get big. throw on some mass lift heavy

    Yeah I've been starting with Incline DBs on my bench day for a month or so now and my flies are incline ... almost everything incline trying to build upper chest

    What would you guess my bf to be around? I've been using a caliper and coming up with 13-14 each time ... but don't know if I'm accurate.
