    what we can see of the upper body looks like you have some good size to you, but again, not sure what your goals are or what the rest of you looks like. Do you have pencil legs? do you have a full chest or a flat chest? forearms look huge !!

    from what i can tell, you like to work your traps and your bi/forearm..

    you hate to work your lats/back and forget doing something with your delts..

    the size and definition you have on your bi are good, start doing a good back routine to add size, stop working the bi as it is a 2ndary to the back.. it will make the world of difference..

    been workin the back hard and heavy just wont grow strong as hell though!any ideas? im doing rows pull downs ,pull ups and other various exercises

    Deads made mine grow, I dont have a huge back but It helped more than anything.

    Trust me when I tell you, you have NOT tried everything. If you are serious about adding size and looking good you need to have your diet on point and your training on point as well. I guarantee you your training program is flawed and your diet as well.
    Start browsing around the training and diet forums and you will learn A LOT. You HAVE NOT tried everything, even I learn new things all the time so trust me you are only hindering yourself by making this excuse.

    If I come off a little strong its only because you need to hear this, we all need to hear the hard truth sometimes and hear what we dont want to. This sport takes a lot of time and dedication and although confidence is key we also need to realize that we can constantly learn. I learn new things every week and it allows me to progress. When I hear people say they have done everything and just cant grow it just makes me realize they are stuck in a place they will never get out because they are kidding themselves.

    Not trying to kiss C-Bino's ass here, but honestly if Jay Culter and Coleman change up their workouts from year to year, they too must feel that they need to try something different that they arn't already doing.

    Don't be like an old man who only "does it the way he knows it" gotta be up for new things. Work out with different people and you might find an exercise that you really can't do too much weight with - those are the ones that bring me the most gains. As much as I love doing barbell curls and show off stuff like that, its the incline hammer curls with not so impressive weights that did the trick.

    Get a few books on the subject, you'll learn a thing or two.

    thats what i needed c-bino glad to hear it. as far as doing only what i know i change my routine every couple months. right now this is my routine.
    bent db rows 4 sets 6-10 reps
    wide grip pulldowns same
    seated cable rows same
    my grips vary

    na bro im the first to admit to my flaws but i doesnt set in til u hear it from someone else. thats just makes me wanna train harder!but as far as bieng old school na i been in and out of gyms thru my years i try diff stuff all the time
