One note about impedance testers: They're not accurate.

told you the % was probablly wrong initially. Don't be discouraged about the body fat becasue i can see a difference in your stromach and chin from your side photo.

correct me if im worng, but the EI test also measures the fat you store internally, like around you liver.
I had an EI fat test done and it claimed I'm about 19.5% BF, and just to show you how I look (for reference sake). With calipers, I got high mid 12's from 2 different people so it should be about there.

My advice is to get a caliper test, sure not the most accurate, but it will test whats on the outside. Good luck, and keep up the good work dude!

stick at it steadly man and in about 18 months you will have whole new body, keep the fat losses steady but no more than 1.5lb per week or your going to increase the amount of loose skin.
