Impressive! So many of us would like to know more about your transformation. Cycle, nutrition, training. In any case, be proud!

Right on man. Any specific tips for building those massive quads? Footing positions, base-building workouts and such.

As far as hams, I pretty much do the same thing for them all the time. SLDL, lying leg curl, and seated leg curl.Last edited by Reelmuscle; 03-11-2007 at 07:10 PM.

Looking great RM I can't believe I've missed this thread up until now lol
Here's a quick critique: (I don't have much to say because you look great)
Lower back is a bit weak, needs thickness as well overall back thickness (more deadlifts and bent-over rows with strict form and a low negative)
Delts a slightly behind although they are well developed and look pretty proportioned, along with upper chest.
Otherwise you're fkn solid bro and have a great base to build off of, great wheels, great symmetry and small waist.
You look much larger than 175 for sure, keep us updated as you progress.
Post pics again when you hit 190 Until then get your ass in the gym and keep eating.
btw, next time shoot me a PM and let me know about a thread you want me to check out, I rarely waste my time skimming over this board, it's the same shit everyday here IMO, nobody knows what the search key is for.

wow.. you really do look bigger than 175.. more like 190+.. huge ass arms... but it kinda looks like your right is bigger than your left.. maybe its the angle of the pic... but regardless... nice .. hopefully i'll look something like that after this cycle. lol
