Thanks. I still have quite a bit of work left to do however. No I did not post my diet. It is pretty unconventional as to what most people talk about on here and I don't really feeling like arguing about it or defending it. But bottom line it works for me so I'm happy with it

Thanks, my legs are one of my best features I think. They come from very heavy squats along with a mixture of volume. 405 for 10-12 reps x 3 on some days other days, 315 for 20 + reps x 2 along with heavy leg presses, extensions, hamstring curls etc. And lol about the diet, ok. Its a very simple diet that consists of 6 meals. Very low carb and fat, high protein. It was given to me by a very accomplished bodybuilder that he uses for contest preparation. Works great for him and it has been working for me.

    1) 1 fruit on the bottom yogurt, 3 scoops of pro complex protein powder
    2) 1 pound 93% fat free ground turkey Romain lettuce, spinach, or broccoli
    3) 3 scoops pro complex protein powder
    4) PWO 60g carbs 35g protein (ABB Mass recovery)
    5) 3 scoops pro complex protein powder
    6) 1 pound 93% fat free ground turkey Romain lettuce, spinach, or broccoli

Wednesday is steak night replaces a turkey meal
Sat and Sun chicken breast replaces turkey meals

*** I forgot to add that fish salmon etc can be substituted for the turkey, but I hate fish so i never eat it.

Yeah, I agree my back is not leaning up as quickly as the rest of me. I actually have a very thick back. I dead lift a little over 500 pounds. Its either holding on to some fat or is watery right now. I'm not great at posing either. Not sure how to do the back. I will be learning that shortly with my trainer. I'll post some more pics as I progress. Am actually trying to compete in a contest in 3 weeks. Not sure if I will make contest shape though. If not it was a good learning experience for next year. This was my first attempt at such a serious cut and at competing. If i'm not ready I won't get up on that stage.

7 weeks ... a good portion of it was water I bet. I never let my body fat get out of control. I was bigger, but I was still relatively lean. Could still see my abs if i flexed them.

Slight headaches and a tad bit grouchy for the first 2 weeks. But my body quickly got used to the low carbs and fat. Energy levels are surprisingly high. I feel great in the gym. No lethargy. I'll post up some new pics maybe on Monday. I'll have 2 weeks out from this Saturday for my contest. Still loosing weight, hardening up, and becoming more vascular.
