i lost about 12lbs.........i hooked up with a fat chick and when i woke up i had to cut my arm off and leave it there cuz she was sleeping on it . i almost woke her up .....it was close

Ummm No offense meant in this one, but aren't you guys well guys? Since when are guys supposed to say omg!! I put on a little weight and now I look bad! Sounds kinda womanish to me :P (No offense ladies!) We are men start acting like it by saying well shoot I gained some weight, but I enjoyed putting it on. Whatever I will just have to go kick some more ass at the gym.

I thought this was gonna happen to me as well during my spring break. Thankfully it never did because I took it a great deal easier than I had planned. That beer will catch up to you hard and quick!
Since you are already back down to 189, you probably did just put on alot of water. You'll be fine.

This could be a relaly easy fit, i my self am a wrestler and i have to cut body weight all the time, and alot of time its cutting water weight. Put on full swets and do your full work out, now i meen swet bottoms swet top everything, even a beany if u want, after you do your full work out, hit the tred mill for about 20 min, make sure u swet alot, then take pictures, just remeber what u lose is only temp, if u go and drink a shit load of water will your working out and after its pointless, yes u do get a little dehydrated but drink just enough so u dont feel liek your goin to pass out. Look at the pic's and see if u notice a difference, if u do then you have put on alot more water weight then u did fat. Give it a try.

follow up since i went away..i went from 186 to 179 lol the back to 184 the 1st few days i got home...mainly due to not eating as much, and drinking sooo much..lol
