this is what I had after my show, I made myself sick also.
Gained 15+ pounds.
Our trips and lessons were worth it and im sure u learned alot beast as have I.

sorry...you look better in your avatar than in your pre contest photo....maybe you bulkier would have been a better route....

live and learn...no one gets it perfect the first time....gotta keep trying though.
