Im on the tail end of a run of 1000 test c,600eq. a wk and 60 mg of var daily!!was doing 750 tren e a wk but had to drop that as i was having some serious gyno developing and couldnt get rid of it!! a big bummer!!I know it was from the tren cause i stopped about a mnth. ago and slowly it has gone , no more sore titties!!

You're looking great, dont see many guys in the mid 40's that look like you do good job! All you need to do now is audition for a bowflex commercial

I'm actually impressed with those pictures. And you say you have improved since then? Can't wait to see!
Good Job. Look symmetrical to me as well.
    Sehr Gut!

What exercises do you do to make your pecs wider? Just curious.

Thanks Snax! I cant bench due to torn shoulders, therefore am forced to do alot of cable work,at many different angles which i believe has widened my pecs, getting a good stretch and a good squeeze!

I hear that. When I do dumbell flies, I get a good stretch all the way out and down to a degree, and it feels good, then I flex an dbring that weight up Get that squeeze. I find that I work out my chest more if I dont bring the dumbells all the way up, cos when I do, my chest is resting.
That range of motion does wonders.

I find that when i do db flies that i twist the db at the top, or at the squeezing point if you will that this eliminates that bit of rest which we dont want..... works great!! makes my chest scream!! which is good

    Very Impressive!

You must have started with an excellent base.

How long have you been lifting?

Thanks! much appr. some compounds such as tren i have found that along with the gyno from tren i also felt bogged down , no stamina, breathing heavy .... i cut out the tren and symptoms have improved greatly!! my diet consists of a shake and a bagel or organic bread as soon as i get up, to get that protien and quick carbs in me to start things going! hr latr i eat my oatmeal and egg whites on my way to work , couple hrs latr have a shake and some more carbs (bagel or bread) as im running all day at work i have to keep the carbs coming in or i start to get real hungry. Ill eat nuts in between for snacks, i make a big tub of chicken ,rice and broccoli or asparagass and eat that throughout the day. At about 5 ish when my day of work starts winding down ill always eat a big tub of outmeal and eggwhites so that when i hit the gym at 7 pm ill have plenty in the tank to burn... mind you im up at 4 am to start my day so i have to consume plenty of cal. to get by!!After a gruling workout ill have my shake with dextrose(important) and glutamine...9 pm at this time get home get some more chicken rice and veg in me.... shake before bed !! thats my diet i do this every day , sounds boring but i found it has really helped me to grow even at my age !! which really isnt that old!! hope i didnt bore you all..........

not boring at all. Always good to hear other people's experiences!

Mind if I ask what your cycles consisted of? You don't have to share if you don't want. I'm just curious

Great job bro (now that I'm over being grossed out by the avatar above my post).

Could you describe your chest workout? I gotta lay off benches myself.
On that much test, are you using any anti-es?
Would like to see your latest pix too.
    Thanks bro.
