Sad, but true!
Alright, it's been awhile!
First off, the NPC New Hampshire/ Massachusettes Championships was a good show.. Lots of competitiors, quality athletes! I came out pretty good, 3rd place in the middleweights.. I stepped onstage at 170lbs after my carb-up.. Which is good, 'cause I hate saying I weigh 168!
I lost my camera with the show photos, so here's some from 4 days out, last week Wednesday..

Nice chest, arms, lats. They all look great! You are looking extremely impressive and natural to boot! I agree you need to bring up your delts though. The rear delts in your back double biceps pose are really lacking size...you hitting the bent laterals/reverse peck deck heavy? You've got some decent quads too. I may be wrong but the inner quads may be lagging? If so, widen your stance on squats, leg presses, etc. and you'll bring that part up. Good luck with the comps!

Thanks, pumpseeker!!
I do plan to sharpen up everything this winter, so next season I'll have more impressive photos.. I do plan to remain natural, I still got a few good years to harden evrything up.. All my posing practice is workin' wonders..

Thought I'd share abit of bodybuilding nostalgia..
I met this guy last year at a friend's supplement store.. He was cool to talk to, although he seemed abit jaded by the apperance.. In between people asking him things he wasn't gonna answer (cycle questions), he offered to snap a shot with me.. ME! I thought it was cool, and it was inspiring to say the least.. My self, Pete Fox, and Ronnie Coleman..

Question: Is it possible to weigh 174lbs, and have 19" arms? Someone on my other board thought it wasn't possible, what do you think?
