5 weeks left, and no cuts!!!!
Hey guys, cant wait for this to be over as its taking over my life. Im training as hard as always but im still not getting the cuts in my legs. My quads are thick, i dont have a problem with the size, but ive been told that they are the hardest bodypart to get shredded and usually get cut towards the last few days.
Im doing everything possible hi reps low reps, supersetting EVERYTHING, BUT NO CUTS.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guysLast edited by sbigpecs; 06-09-2007 at 05:43 AM.

Hey CD, hows it going? Yeah your right, my weight loss has pretty much slowed down, I still haven't used anything like clen yet, I was going to leave that abit latter down the line as a last resort.
My cardio im still mataining at 45 mins every morning on a empty stomach and at night before i go bed.
I might have to tweek my diet slightly, maybe change some carbs,

You got sick mass and proportions man. 5 weeks left, it can happen, stay positive.
And you look like a science project of a clone of 50 Cent and Mike Tyson!

See what kind of stimulus that gives you after a week, if things are still not moving fast enough then yes, drop the carbs down another 50-100g (if you have that much room to spare...I don't know where your carbs/cals are at right now), I would not change both at once however, b/c you still have plenty of time...in over a month you can make big changes and also you want to leave yourself outs...if you change a million things at once and that does not provide the fat burning stimulus you are looking for , then you aren't really left with the option of changing much of anything else. You can only do so much cardio and drop your cals so low, know what I Mean?
Don;'t worry bro, you are fine, just make the necessary changes while you still have the time. You are in a good place right now IMO for 5 wks out, but you need to make ssure things are steadily progressing.Last edited by spound; 04-14-2007 at 11:42 AM.

Thanks alot guys, now the sh*t really starts. Im going to make sure everything is on point. And up my cardio, and my water intake and tweek my diet slightly.
Ive taken two weeks off work before the show to give myself a break and hopefully do at least three cardio sessions per day. Its hard when your working two jobs to pay the mortgage, and your putting yourself thru this.
Bodybuilders like us deserve alot more credit than we get.
Good luck to all you guys competing soon, And those climbing up the ladder to success. Work hard, train hard, and stay focused!!!
Im going to go away now, get back to you guys in a couple of weeks hopefully looking alot sharper. NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!!
God bless....

I'd go with low impact cardio but you need a diet adjustment asap.
5wks out is deff time to panic if your body doesn't make some changes in the next 2-3wks.

looking huge bigpecs
If you're not seeing any weight loss/changes in appearance you defiantly need to change things. But keep in mind, your leg cuts may improve after you dry out. Im down to 207 from an off season 245. My legs showed more definition at 245 then now, due to twice a day cardio. Once I stop the cardio and give my legs 4-5 days to dry out and recover, they will look great.
But, if you're not seeing conditioning improvements now, make a change in diet and cardio. I wouldnt wait until 2 weeks out. Remember the last week you should be cutting down on cardio for the final week prep anway. So that week is pretty much shot.

Man you're massive.
If you don't mind, could you post your diet in this thread?
I think that would be helpful as everyone could take a look at it and put their 2cents in.
I see Nark got to you, listen to what the man says, he knows what hes talkin about...
