    Big_Dans natural pics. Can you say muscular fat ass? (16 yrs old)

    These are my pics gang. I hope to put on slabs of muscle onto my frame with the advice you guys give. I got 1 yr training under my belt (even though I dont wear one) and plenty of fat to go with it. I dont care about it one bit, and Im still bulking and looking forward to more mass.

    Worse bodypart - Arms and lats
    Best bodypart - Everything to do with legs.

    I will be starting an 8lbs bottle of cell tech tomorrow sunday and see how it goes. Ill be posting progress.

    Im 167cms and 5'5 tall. Im 16 and expect to grow some more. 1 inch or two.

    I squat 242lbs parallel 6 times.
    I bench 154lbs 8 times.
    I stiff legged dead 165lbs 8 times (my grip is weak)

    One question : I just moved in from brazil to a Miami sub city (Boca Raton) and Im wondering if theres any possibility my physique would automatically put me in a football team. Ive never played it.
    I need a sport and ive become too heavy for soccer.

    Possible?

    Boca is not part of Miami, its in Palm Beach county, i live in West Palm Beach. Its actually closer to Ft. Lauderdale than Miami. Anyway, you got a good base to build on bro, keep it up.

    Check out the powerlifting forum. There are some knowledgeable bros over there that could take your frame and show you how best to use it. At your height and weight you have some serious leverage. Stay away from AS until your done growing and have reached your natural potential. Keep lifting and good luck.

    But at your age, you've got a very good start. Don't waste your money on supps, just eat clean and work out. And don't go outside in your underwear.

    Good legs, but I'll have to say no to your dating offer. Sorry.

    Seriously though, you have a good base to build on, and with a smart routine and clean diet, as a teen you can get pretty big. You don't need the supplements, but if you want to go ahead.

    You've got an awesome base to build on. Like everyone else says here, eat hard, train hard and you'll be monstrous before 20. I suggest you do a cutting cycle and then start bulking again.

    Nonetheless, keep up the good work and post pictures in a few months!

    Yeah well the temptation is to bulk and bulk, and poor me, I succomb to those temptations. But hey, with more mass I wont look fat, and when I cut then Ill be impressive. If cutting makes me look anything short than impressive, to me it aint worth it.
    Ill cut only when my face gets fat.
    WHAT ABOUT THE FOOTBALL QUESTION?

    Most HS football has already been training all summer. Its "Hell Week" now for most of them. Might be too late. If you wanna play (and with those tree trunk legs trust me you wanna play) go to the school ASAP and talk to the coach. He might give you a chance still. You might not play much this year but you'll get the experience needed for next year.

    Like everyone else said you have a great base, as far as football goes go to the coach at your HS and tell him you have never played before, even if tehy already have started practice, he would be stupid not to want a 15 yr. old with a thick build like you on the team, he will be happy you are interested.

    I agree with Ron, its probably too late to get in any game this year, but you can certainly learn at practise and devour anything you see on TV or in person that is football related. Good luck bro, it's good to see others with a great interest in football.

    good base bro. no flames intended at all but you seemed to put on more fat than muscle. are you eating clean? if i were you i would cut now, and when your bodyfat is low start bulking. cuz when you bulk with low bodyfat, the muscle shows alot more. good job!
