11 weeks out...
I have 11 weeks until the Central Valley Classic and 12 weeks for the San Jose championships. My legs are lagging behind, but since I carry so little Bf year around I'm going to continue to train for size on them until the last month. I'm 48 years old so I will enter the Master's divison. Any recommendations?

Dang! 48 years old, I seriously looked at the photos without reading the post and thought you were about 30ish. Good job and Good luck. I love reading about mature people in shape for all of the 35 year olds out there I know that don't do shit and complain like my 85 year old grandma.

Congratulations upon your achievements in your development and proving that cancer can't take away your dreams. If you don't mind a quick question; what do you contribute to your victory over cancer?? You know, I would be interested in reading about your story than Lance Armstrong.

I have always believed in being proactive and when I was diagnosed I started researching the things that caused cancer. I then changed my diet, and what I drank, it really got to a point of paranoia of anything that was going in my body. I had a water system set up in my house that had an oxygenator on it, theorizing that I would then put more oxygen into my system (Cancer is anaerobic and doesn't grow with oxygen). I checked my ph several times a day to maintain a high alkalinity (cancer also grows in an acidic environment)
My food for the most part was all organic. I ate organic chicken, grass fed bison and wild salmon for my protein sources. I took massive supplementation to assure I protected the rest of my cells from the destruction that chemo wreaks on the body.
I also visualized my recovering and training again, becoming strong again, I would do this before sleeping everynight. I lost my mom to cancer in 1997 and at the time felt like I wanted to do something to help other people with cancer, especially children...check out this other thread 21 months since Chemotherapy..... This goes into some detail of the plans that we have for some of that help. I have recently thought about the fact that all that I was able to do for myself was because financially I was able to afford the things that I believe added greatly to my recovery. I would like to set up a scholarship type program that would help people that aren't able to make the changes in their foods and get them the water system, supplements, etc. so they will be able to benefit from them as well. I feel god has given me this second chance at life to make a difference in other peoples lives that are fighting this disease that sucks the dignaty and life out of you. If we can help people by inspiring them and giving them the hope to fight the fight....then I think we can get some place with this. As it is now people are always coming to me and asking if I would speak with someone they know or one of their family members that has just been diagnosed with cancer. This is a great opportunity for me to hopefully give them some hope. I hope this gives you some idea of what contibuted to my overcoming the cancer ....and one last thing my never ending faith that whatever happened I would be alright through living or dying....god would be with me. Livestrong Bro!
