What happen was i got a very intense pumb do to a number of factors, inlcuding large volume of sets, slin and site injection, but that was not the problem, everything was going great untill i stretched my arms out, i woke up the next morning and everything was very, very tight, so i thought i would stretch it out and as i did, i felt a little tear here and there by the night time it started turning purple, by next morning it was all black and blue, the pics here are 3 days after it happened, it was a bit worst a day or so before i had a chance to take some pics...moral of the story i don't stretch hard, not my bis anyway...XXL

Hey XXL,
Didn't know that happened to you! Good thing you recovered quickly. I hear you about the superman comment. After having back surgery I will never go for ultra heavy set and ignore danger signs.

Wow so sorry it had to happen to a dedicated bro like you.
Just wondering, did you see a doc that day, if so, what came of that?
And I hear yall on the superman deal... Best to start being careful before the injuries pile up.
Best regards

Woooah ! This looks scary !
What happened with the torn muscle tissue ? Did it heal or did you have a surgery ? A friend of mine has a torn muscle-fibre and he has a gap in his bis now....

Ouch. That looks like it hurt. I always warm up before stretching hard, actually, I even warm up before lifting.

Holy Crap
That looked so freakin painful. I'm hoping you sedated yourself with many beers those first two weeks.
Good job on the quick recovery. I don't know if I would have had the gonads to stick it out and recover in such a short time.
