    Prepare to be amazed...

By how fat I've gotten hehe. Seriously I've been bulking for about a year now. I am 5'8" and the first pic was taken about a year ago around 170lbs. the second pic was taken today at 225lbs. I have gained ALOT of fat. Much of it comes from my in ability to do cardio after my knee surgery, and it also kept me from running around and playing rugby. But here are the measurment differences:

Chest went from 42 inches to 47.5 inches
Arms went from 15 inches to 17 inches
And waist from 31 inches to 40 inches! Yikes.

Anywho needless to say I'm finally almost to a point where I can do cardio again, and I will be cutting down once more, and probably won't be bulking back up for a while. I will be taking 500mg of Test E twice and week and 50mg of Winny everyday for the first and last four weeks of my 12 week cycle. I will also be throwing clen in the mix as well, but haven't really decided where. I will be start a thread at that time with weekly measurements, pictures, and experiences. Anyways, don't flame too hard, I just hope to come in maybe even leaner and more muscular after this bulk.

Looks like you have over 20% bf and I would recommend that you cut that down to about 12-14% before you cycle.
No need to do intense cardio and exhaust yourself every session. As long as you get your heart rate within the fat burning zone you're ok. Make sure you do at least 20 minutes, 4-5 times a week. And most important is your diet. Cut your usual carb intake in half and increase protein. You should beable to lose 1% every 7-10 days.

    Good luck.

Yeah bro, appreciate it. I know that though. I have bulked and cut back down several times now with spot on diet and cardio. I am not taking the cycle for the sake of losing weight necessarily, I am taking it to 1.) yes aid in weight loss even though I know it is very much possible with out 2.) most importantly, prevent catabolism.

yikes man, you look like ya aged about 12 years...haha. Sorry to be mean, but you will be back and since you know what you used to look like, it will only be more motivation to get you back. I say for you to drop 40 pounds say, it should take 20-25 weeks. Youll be there bro.

bro, you were definately on your way at 5'8 and 170 but i have to go with the others on the cycle. at least lose 40lbs and get back into good natural shape before the cycle, there's just no need for it now. if you do that you would be much better off for the cycle this fall maybe around octover-november.

Yikes, that was either a really bad diet, or you stopped working out completely. You really shouldn't have gained so much fat. Even a dirty bulk should produce less fat.

Good luck with the cutting. I know first hand, it's hard to get back into cardio after busting a knee.

I wouldn't even bother running aas at your stats right now.

lol I figured I would get responses like this. I most definately did not stop working out. In fact up until about 2 months ago I was playing rugby 3 times a week which equals cardio cardio cardio. I just have absolutely HORRIBLE genetics, and this is what my body wants to return to after I cut. My maxes have gone up a good deal as well. Bench for example went from 225 for 5 reps before to 225 for about 15 reps now.

Horrible is being born with no arms and legs, you look fine to me. Get on the treadmill before breakfast starting tomorrow.

And someone said 20 min 4-5 times a week? Ha, ummm I would do at LEAST 40 min with your heart about 130ish 4-5 days a week - and watch your diet. I can gain weight even when I'm doing cardio 4 days a week if I wanted to - I can't stress diet enough (you are what you eat).

Forget the AAS - start a log of your workout and diet and post on it regularly. You will get feedback and many opinions on what else you should do. This will help you out more than test and winny.

    good luck

Ehhh, no offense bro, but who gives 2 shits what your lifts are unless you lift competitivley... Remember, it aint how much you can lift its how much you LOOK like you can lift..... Tank abott's max bench , for example, is more than 150lbs more than the great ARNIES bench, however, needless to say id rather have arnolds development than Tank abotts lol.

Horrible genetics??? bro, that is a COP OUT, look at you in the first set of pics,,, you look REAL GOOD, im not buyin the bad genetics part, you probally ate like hell and did no cardio like you said...

Im not trying to flame you bro, im trying to get you motivated and be real withyourself so you can look good like you once did.

im really sorry to say you dont look like youve gained muscle, but just got fat.

not sure how your training or what your diet is but its not working.

not a flame, just take from this that you need to tweak something and without diet, training or propper stats i wouldnt even try to guess where your going wrong but you are.sorry

Yes they would. Fat covers the nerves helping to insulate the action potential, making the firing more efficient (stronger).

Yeah guys, let me further elaborate. My diet was crap. I cut for about 4 months and thats the first picture I took, then I quit eating so good, but was able to be okay for a while because of rugby. Then especially after I tore my ACL and was bed ridden it all went down hill. I won't believe however that anyone could lift for a year, regardless of diet and not gain any muscle. I've still kept a good workout regimine regardless of the ACL, I just haven't been able to do lowerbody. And I'm not trying to make excuses w/ the genetics, I'm just saying that I come from a "plump" family hehe. It's just not in my genes to be ripped up. Its something I gotta work for. It's not that I'm copping out. I'm getting ready to cut down again. I know the drill 5.am. cardio 6 a.m. breakfast good diet. Been there done that bros. I just like to get on here b4 my cutters and give myself a reference point. Here's what I looked like b4 and what people had to say then...and at the end...here's how I look now and what people have to say now. Still appreciate the cycle has become pretty much obsolete. If a guy has over 12% body fat the consensus seems to be that they are not ready for gear. Even if they are taking it with the purpose of losing body fat. Just curious.

OK I know you are proud of those arm measurements and chest measurements... but 31 to 40 inch waist? I know some have been pleasant suggesting 20% BF but usually guys with 20% have 34 to 35 inch guts. You might have soared right into 30%.

Dont be suprised, there is no catabolism at all involved if you loose an inch off arms and chest getting 5 inches off the tummy. Arm and chest muscles are "famous" for getting fat "marbled" within the muscles and this fat will leave you well before it starts coming off the tummy. Well if its marbled fat in the arms and chest, its not real and its a necessary loss in order to get rid of the tummy fat. When your tummy measurements go over 35 inches, your risk of developing diabetes increases 30 fold, I wouldnt hesitate if I were you in getting that tummy down - if for no other reason then to avoid serious health issues related to it.

    I have a 34inch waist and I'm around 9-10%bodyfat..
Lower back thickness plays a huge role in a BB'ers waist.

Although I do agree, this guy is a fatty.

bro your power will go up with extra fat and thats not nessacerly real muscle its just more leverage against the weights.
your looking awfull but if you get your act together in ten weeks you can be as lean as you were in your second pic i fully believe that! no more cheat meals i would suggest lean protien with green veg 6 times a day and a couple of fish oil tabs at that body fat you dont need carb ups in my opinion just stick to it and get on the cross trainer!

lol some of you guys are blunt as hell. But some comments make me wonder how many people are here to help, and how many are here to talk noise. I had knee surgery and was bed ridden for a while. That also kept me from running and playing rugby 3 times a week. I'm oober dedicated guys go back and look at old threads. I know I can be back in good shape in no time. What I came looking for was support. Not "this guys a fatty". Everybody was also so quick to think that I gained pure fat. Just more of the pessimistic attitude. I've been working out 5 days a week for a year and you all honestly think I've gained that much pure fat? Anyways here's another fat pic to flame. The haters don't get to me, cuz I'll have the last laugh in the end.

Hey bro, I know what your saying. Lots of shit talking but thats beside the point. You know what you have to do to get back into shape. I agree with you and the others about the cycle, I would get the ball rolling on droping some b/f before I get on cycle. Good luck with the cutting and take care of that knee!

I don't think they are "haters", only giving you some "tough love" IMO. You might have been training for a year, but your diet is what has caused this most likely.

I wasn't tryin' to be rude bro. I've always recieved good advice on here. What I mean by the last laugh is, there is no doubt in my mind that I can get back into even better shape than before. Not like I was gonna murder people in their sleep or anything. I'm just more pissed at myself than anything for getting this big.

Get your ass back in gear then and quit talking about it..

You've obviously put on quite a bit of unneeded weight, lets get things back on track now and come back stronger and leaner than before.

    goodluck with it.
