my best feature not the feet or as my wife calls them HOOFS iknow still fat but started cut up today no AS just hard work i weigh 300lbs about 5'7'' on agood day 18.5bis 19.5bulls(calves) no idea of bf% i know its high but not for long

right now im on a high protein low carb diet believe it or not ive goten smaller i used to be bigger now im just "runt" started some serious cardio about 45 min a day everyday

MG....you are a monster....look like a powerlifter or strongman competitor!! It's pretty obvious you have a good amount of muscle in the chest, shoulders and back. You have the right idea, drop some bf and be on the way to buff city!!

You are a fucking tank that's for sure. I'm glad to hear you're on the cardio and are willing to bust your ass to achieve your goals. Try and do cardio in the AM if you can and don't forget about lifting as well (muscles burn fat). Most importantly watch your diet. Don't eat a bunch of shit.
You might also want to look into a thermogenic like Xenadrine or Hydroxicut to help out a little with the weight loss.

actually i dont really ever max out on anything, ijust do alot of compuond movements, you know whatever feels good, i like to squat,overhead press, deadlift,alot of upright rowsand alittle bit of benching . normally i work out three times a week gore about 45 to 60 minnormally i keep everything at over the 250lbs mark except for the overhead press, some one once told i should be able to lift my own weight if i really want to be strong, but i dont know if its true or not most ive worked for reps bench 250lbs squat 400lbs deadlifts 300lbs all of them taken to failure i use lot of weights but going less recently and doing more cardio trying to get cut, if i get a partner ill try to max out for safety sake

haha! thats what my old lady says, in fact she says that my avatar is better looking!!lo Press? overhead? only about maybe the most ive ever tried is 230lbs,or do you mean bench? not too much 320lbs max probably never really tried it i did 320lbs for two reps about three months ago although i didnt see the point behind itand i dont have a partner or a good spotter that i trust you know what i mean? and hay thanks for the compliment hehe!

Damn, you are a spitting image of a friend I'm training. He started out at 295 lbs at 5'7". He was a powerlifter several years back. He's now down to 210 and looks better than I do. I have him doing a spin class 4 mornings a week before breakfast. He keeps his carbs and fat low to moderate and protein high. Good luck Gurilla.. All of the hard work will pay off.

It's always good to know what your max is in your lifts so that you can train appropriately.....320?? its been almost 10 days since i posted and had began my cut up diet, already lost 12lbsmostly water though,but still getting it,my goal is to be260 ripped i think i can do it thanx for all the kind words ill post up my after pics hopefully by thanxgiving, i never really thuoght about a cutting cycle and dont know too much on it maybe some of you guys could help me out in that area what could you recommend?
