    A couple of powerlifters

    Heres a crappy phone pic of me and Phil Harrington after getting home from a concert last night. I know its not great, but its all I got right now. I promise better ones soon. We stopped off at a gas station to get some beer and food. Phil grabbed a chocolate milk chug and a honey bun right and then explained that his weight was down! So much for clean bulking. Phils body fat is like 5 percent. He is like a mini Pudzianowki. Plus he has a 900 pound squat at 181.
