    Clen Cycle

    Well now that I have done some researching around these here boards I am going to take a small step towards the darkside... Anyways I will be doing a Clen cycle VIA PB's Clen FAQ. I will have before and after pictures for you guys possibly tonight or tomorrow depending on when I find that stupid camera cord, if not crappy camera pics!
    So anyways Ill be following his 60mcg to 120mcg taper up doses and probably leave it at 120mcg.

    Heres a small sample of what my diet looks like (I am not asking for help on it so I am not posting the daily caloric count, fat, carbs,protein).

    Wake up 10am: Clen then cardio 30mins
    11am: Egg whites and oatmeal
    12pm: PreWO Shake
    1pm: Gym
    2:30pm:Cardio 30mins
    3:30pm: PostWO shake/flax seed oil
    4:30pm: Chicken breast salad with some berries mmmm berries
    7pm: Some kind of lean beef if not some turkey breast wit a small salad on the side.
    10pm: Cottage cheese w/pineapple (not canned) mmm pineapple and some PeanutButter.
    12pm-1am: Sleep!

    Just one question, seeing as I work outside in hot and humid weather, should I verge on the side of caution on days that I work?? I will have plenty of fluids ie: water/vitamin water for electrolytes so I should be ok I believe.

    just make sure you drink plenty of fluids and supplement with Taurine. Be aware that clen can have unpleasant sides even with correct diet and supps.

    Yeah I am doing the Clen /Taurine combo. I figured for 5 bucks more why the hell not eh?

    Well so I can't find the camera cord, guess I will just use my phone. I am guessing pics be up around 1-2am
    Omg my camera phone sucks -.- Guys I will find that stupid cord!!

    thats great that your taking clen , you have your diet in check and your ready, but why are you trying to cut down before you bulk up? not flaming just curious.

    To be honest I am not taking clen so much for looking cut or anything. I am 5'5" and I weigh 145. Reason I am taking clen is because my coach for soccer wants me down to a lighter weight, only thing is I don't want to lose any muscle and clens anti-catabolic properties are great for that. The pictures make me look much smaller and lighter, but I weigh 145 so at 5'5 I am actually that not bad off.

    In your PWO shake please add some carbs man. Forget the flax oil at that time and add some powdered carbs or at least eat some form. Its much more beneficial after a workout.

    D3 college, well update on the clen ! I got the package yesterday alright im excited...... NO CLEN! WTF? It looks like someone opened the box and closed it up again ;( I have to talk to Lion about this and USPS is going to have their heads cut off!!!

    Thanks man, but so far no response from Lion on what actions to take on my situation. So right now im out 70bucks with just the package telling me I should have my clen -.- Hopefully Lion gets back to me soon and we can figure out what to do about this. I hope I don't have to drop 70 bucks again.

    ok well giving you a heads up i play division one basketball and i took clen and got completely ripped, but its not good for sports you lose so much endurance and fatigue very early on

    Yes Lion responded to my PMs and made it all good by resending the Clen . Passthetest I will see how the clen affects my endurance as some people have said it helps some say it hurts. We shall see how it reacts with me. LIONS THE MAN!!! Just to make sure though if the clen doesn't show up again then USPS is stealing my sh*t and ima ring someones neck at their place.

    Stone I will answer you here as it may help others as well. Ok so I can't say as to how much fat I have dropped as I have actually gained weight... I went from 143-145 to a steady 147 (After losing a bit of muscle from the 150 and fat by doing the wrong type of cardio i.e. soccer sprints)BUT!!!! I have leaned out quite a bit my upper middle abs are visible with definite signs of my mid section sliming down. I have more vascularity in my arms now and I can see that my definition in my delts has improved as well. My endurance has suffered a tiny bit not much. What I have noticed is that my endurance is directly related to my water intake. If I drink to little water while on clen I feel hot and stressed, but if i continously drink water than I feel little to not effects on my endurance.

    Glad to hear it worked for you. Even though it's almost my typical "bulk" time of year I had a rough summer and need to lose some! Then I think I'll be maintaining for the winter...I think...
