    This is a picture of me after a cycle (1 Sustanon and 2 boldenone /week).

    Please can you give your opinion? How can I have a better cycle for a better body?

    Personally I think you look good now, hard to critique without flexed poses and such, maybe post some more pics.

    Provided you are cycling responsibly with proper pct and time off between cycles many people cycle for many years.

    On this picture I was 12 weeks on steroids and now I'm waiting 8 weeks with a good PCT.

    Typical protocol is time on+pct= time off, so for instance if you cycled for 12 weeks then had pct for 4 weeks, you would then wait 16 more weeks before starting another cycle.

    To be honest what you're doing seems to be working, I would stick with what works for you until you don't seem to be getting the results you desire, then perhaps explore other options.

    It's very hard to tell with out you really posing like MR big said. But your pretty symmetrical.. You dont want to get out of proportion . To me in the pics you posted your chest , delts and legs look in proportion .. I like symmetry ..

    Now not flaming you in anyway just giving you feedback since you asked.. ( also keeping in mind its hard for me to judge with just those pics of you at the beach).

    Your back , hamstrings and calves look a bit lagging when compared to your pics from the front..

    As you probably already know the back is a big muscle.. Are you possibly over training it or just not giving it enough time to recover ??

    Looking SOLID. Sounds like you want to get bigger. I think MERC said above that whatever you're doing is working, I agree. Right now I'm doing a cycle with drol, eq, deca , test, and sust. You look great. I love all the above compounds. A lot of people love tren also. I've only done tren once. For one thing, it speeds up your metabolism. I'm very active already, so when I was doing it, even though I was eating a ton, I actually lost a bit of size, but a lot of body fat also. When I lowered the the dosage, it seemed like size was coming on, but by then, it was the end of my cycle and I dropped the tren. My two cents. Either way, keep it up.

    I am not sure what you are looking to do.. You look to me like you could cut up a bit more, get some detail in your back and compete. You have a great build and you are really in proportion. I know we all have a tendency to be critical about our own bodies and not see them for what they are so this might be part of your problem because from my view you have done a really good job and have an excellent build. If your goal is to have an "esthetique body" then I think you have accomplished that. Nice work

    I agree with Merc it seems like your calvs and hamstrings are lagging a bit. Your delts look small in the side view picture in comparison to the rest of your arm. You could bring them up more, but overall I say Good Job with what you have done.

    I do my calves every days but nothink.Only one a week and nothink.

    Have you the same problem?

    I can help point you in the right direction for a back workout out.. So if you are thinking you need some more exercises maybe your not training your back enough? Since its such a big muscle you want to hit it pretty hard with a proper routine, and allow for full recovery before training again.



    Also I love the black sand in your beach pics. Where are those pics taken at??

    I think your saying you train your calves everyday and do not think once a week is enough ( it this what you mean ??? ( sorry for not understanding I just want to make sure everything is clear between us so there is not any misunderstanding ).

    Training your calves everyday is over training( just as with any muscle).

    calves can be sorta tricky because you really have to take them out of range and train them proper to really get them to grow .

    I find it effective to hit calves 1-2 per week..

    You look good like the others said delts and hamstring need work you may also want to consider a short cut but even then you look very good.

    U mentionen you want to be more symetrical. I was u I would do a nice cutter. It will suit you well. You have a great base as it is.once you cut, you will look great!!

    i think he means "nothink" as in "nothing"...so he has trained his calves every day with no results, then once a week, and still no results..
    looks like your gonna have to experiment with new routines, different exercises and rep ranges..that goes for any lagging body part obviously..regardless, you look jacked. and very shiny. haha. impressive physique tho bro.

    My back routine: Lat pull downs 3 sets of 8
    T bar row 3 sets of 8
    Dumbell pullover 3 sets of 8
