    Peak of bulking 6'2" 285lbs, fat white and acnce

    Here are my pics at the end of my bulk, now it is time to cut down, its been 2 years since I last cut down and I hope to be at 250lbs with 10% bf, last time I was 230lbs with 10% bf. And yes I know I need a tan and to loose some major fat. I did not post the legs, they do need to be brought up, they are 28.5 in, but the hair is so thick its pointless to post them.

    Bench 405 1 rep
    squat 315 20 reps, dont know about max I always do high reps for legs 15-20 rep range
    deadlift 615 1 rep
    I usualy alternate between going heavy for a couple weeks, then going light and really focusing on a pump for a couple weeks. I keep my workouts fast paced, each muscle once a week, usually high volume +/- 20 working sets per muscle.

    Sounds pretty good but I have a question due to my inexperience I'm sure but why D-Bol? Isn't that for bulking?
