I am workin on it but my body loves to put on muscle as well as fat. And i am trying to get the fat off lol.

keep your protein high, carbs low on off days, and high carbs before and after training

Yeah dude lots of cardio empty stomach in the AM and of course your diet needs to be kept in check. Go for it bro

Just remember your body will grow naturally if you feed it properly.
I would suggest cutting down some fat.
Go to the diet section of this forum, and click on the sticky that has the "Calculators" on it.
Figure out how much food your body needs to function, and go from there: adjusting your calories, etc.
Simply stay away from the juice for a while because you'll be wasting it without disciplining your body first.
(Working out and eating properly for only a single month or 2 is NOT discipline. Years is where it is at)

sorry but at first i thought it was a piss take,if your serious you should train better,eat cleaner and do some cardio first thing in the morning on an empty belly.
check your diet,change your training routine and read more.......
all that info and more you can find on this site,keep training it will come

yeah bro definetly cardio. I was never really into running on the treadmill or in the streets, i prefer going down to the local basketball court and playing some pick up games. I suck at basketball, but i still get a good work out running up and down the court and jumping up all the time. the best part about it is that its fun and competitive, unlike the treadmill. So start playing some basketball or tennis at least four times/ week.
