Nice. Lookin real good. But i agree with everyone else, you're well below 12. I'd say 7-8.

Those machines are unappropriate for athletes (well at least it's what is written in the users manual) cause they have a lot more lean mass than the average person therefore the eletric impulse takes more time to go through the body and the machine indicates a high bf%...
