You look good, but as 12 said you don't see a lot of really tall bodybuilders, at least not high in the rankings. Anything is possible, though.

yea I did play college football but i decided to concentrate on bodybuilding I know its hard to compete as a tall bodybuilder in the IFBB but I think I would do well in tested shows like the NGA since I have no past cycle history

Work on the shoulders and Calves (can't tell how big the legs are) and keep an eye out for when and where local competitions are. Once you think you start having a competative physique then look to try to enter in one
You might be put at a disadvantage because you're tall but that might just make you push yourself that much harder

You have some good genetics for a tall guy, keep up the good work.

how much more mass do you think I can pack on my frame? I eat near 5000 calories a day 500 grams of lean protein and the rest carbs and minimal fat. do you think I can pack on that much more in my twenties i have kind of hit a plateau.

I think you have a good base. I'm 6ft3 and understand the difficulties associated with being a tall BB'r, be careful with your back!
Good luck.-XL

My first year of college ball i was 18 so thats not a stretch at all. I believe his weight he is 6'5 im 6'3 and people dont believe i am as heavy as i am. Good work so far man when I started BB'in i was about 305 and cut down as well. I think you def need to put some work in the legs, I know its hard when you have long legs but with a lot of hard work you will get there. Otherwise keep up the hard work man.

thanks for backing me up eacman and for everybody else I did not stretch anything all of my stats are true I know its not typical for an 18 year old but I was given the ability to build muscle in my upper body pretty easily.

Looking good mate. Very good for an 18 year old, well done.
At 6ft 5 it will be difficult for you to fill your frame out enough in order to compete at the v top level, HOWEVER thats not to say that it cant be done!
Just that it will be v difficult. However with youth on your side and that you look like you have good genetics you will probably be able to fill your frame out nicely.
Remember that whilst you might see others who are 5ft 5 or so, accelerate past you in progress you must stick with it and keep adding to the frame, because if you can fill your frame out and have v nice proportions then at 6ft 5 you will look a total beast!
You have a good base, keep training and keep eating...train naturally for another 2-3 more years and then if you decide to you can start using aas.
Go for it mate, but remember to keep a good social life and enjoy yourself, dont cut yourself off from friends/girls and burn your bridges, life will not be very fun...have fun along the way of the journey!

On your frame, you still have a lot of room to pack it on. But as young as you are, you have the time. Just keep at it bro.

go for the gold
Dang!!! I wish I looked like that at 18-19yo. The wheels are ok too. Looks like you been working the legs, but we can't see the calves. Make sure you don't neglect those. Everything else is great. Like they said Lou was tall so who knows and with a few cycles, proper training and nutrition you will be a monster.
