If your diet was under control you would have your bf% under control. If you want to lose weight AAS and clen arent gonna do it for you.
Post up your diet RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW and lets see how under control it is.
Also what kind of cardio are you doing and how often and when?
I mean your not FORCING anything if you wanna do AAS, its your own decision but you obviously came to us for advice, and we are telling you that starting AAS when you dont know much about nutrition/conditioning/weight lifting is gonna be a big waste of your money.
I mean to be blunt about it, when I look at you I could never tell you have ever even lifted a single weight before. No offense but really you need to learn more about nutrition and training techniques.

I don't see why u should cycle to cut.U have a bad diet and u need to do more cardio.Doing more cardio and eating right will work wonders for u.If u still wanna use something to help burn ur fat go natural.Try green tea, caffeine and carnitine.

Your diet is terrible. it is not good even for an average person who isnt training let alone someone trying to lose fat and build muscle. Here is a cutting diet i used pre comp last year.

perfect beasts diet is completely correct but it also depends on how much you weigh if you only go gym once a day id keep your carbs down to about 100-150g per day and you want at least 1.5 grm of protein per pound of body weight looking at your stats you need about 380-400grms of proteind per day if your going gym regulary to be frank your diets crap especially if you want to lose weight and build muscle mate, dont go on a cycle for at least another year(and thats if your desperate) i wouldnt go on one in your condition and wait untill youv got a good platform first otherwise like the other guys say youll be chucking money away and you wont be doing yourself any favours regardless, something like wrestling isnt particulary extensive in cardio anyway mate although im not experienced in the field id say do some boxing at a club and get some hardcore cardio and then do a good workout of weights 2

I think it's Waxy Maze Starch, but I could be wrong. If you want your calories to be accurate than buy a scale and weigh everything. It's not hard at all, in fact it may even save you some money if you are eating to much (it did for me).
To the original poster: Take Perfectbeasts advice with that diet. It's pretty much spot on depending on your goals and LBM. Do not cycle yet, you will be very dissapointed and from the pics it looks like you'll definitely have problems with gyno.

Yes WMS is waxy maize starch (the carb used in Vitargo). It is excellent for PWO but some prefer dex or even powdered oats. its trial and error as we are all different. That diet was just meant as an example. Obviously you should tailor your diet to your own calorific needs but at least it gives some idea on how a BBers diet should be structured.

just a question but if you wrestle for your college wont you have problems if you get drug tested? or is it at random and your praying to god you dont get picked?

good point, but i guess it just depends on what college you go to, i know some poor juco's that cant afford drug testing, ie labette community college, i know alot of guys that wrestle for them, and alot of them are cycleing, but every year they seem to win or come close to winning nationals. on top of that ive never seen a wrestler, other than heavy weights, thats in as poor of shape as you. no offense, but if you have signs of gyno right now without gear, then it might get worse being on gear. these guys know what there talking about, especially at 20, diet down to at least 200, then think about cycleing

PB? On the eggs is it advisable to boil the eggs and on the chicken how do you measure it..a piece is equal to? or the broccoli??? DO you use a measuring cup or scale? Do you use some flavoring or what do you suggest I use. Ive been been adding ketchup so the taste would be better. Thanks in advance.. YOUR DEF A BEAST MAN...!

1# eat like a bodybuilder (cutting or bulking) beasts is perfect
2# train like a bodybuilder (weights and cardio)
do both of these consistantly for atleast two years then come back to learn about steroids , your only twenty and although you have a big build you dont look like you have spent much time in a gym and your nowhere near the point of taking any form of steroids, do yourself a favour and concerntrate on 1# and 2# for two years or untill you hit a plateau then resort to steroids

Agree with all the wise words above.
It's been 10 weeks since you posted in this thread so I suspect you feel insulted or miss-understood.
The purpose of this forum is that we can all learn and hopefully all help each other and it's not just about roids. Theres so much fantastic FREE information here in the diet or excercise forums and much more.
Try not to be too impatient. I wish I was 20 again.
Read and read and read and you will learn - That's human nature.
Good luck kiddo.

Sorry for hijacking the thread with lounge room discussion but the guys not posted for 10 weeks so.... This thread should be dead after this bump.
Chucklee I posted some new pics today in the members photos forum, same thread as before.
