Can you please give us your precise workout routine? Especially, what did you do for abs?

Your results are incredible!! Nice work. I'm seriously contemplating doing your exact diet/supplements with clen and ECA after I finish my bulking cycle in 2 months. I'll probably be up to about 230 by then, but I'm 6' tall. About same age as you! Great post.. Very inspiring.

Or did you have this build and got lazy.
Don't get me wrong your transformation is amazing I am just curious if you had it before and just got lazy for a while and covered it up with the fat of the before pictures.

Incredible! Really fantastic job....the eyes were probably clen , I just got off it and it can make you a little goofy...Way to stick it out though....just goes to show what two months of dedication can do for you....
