casein protein before bed while bulking

You look better than you give yourself credit.. You seem to be in an ideal situation to cut and lean up before bulking, a "primer" or sorts if you will. In any case, lets look at your diet
Can't give detailed advice cuz macros aren't listed but:
- do AM cardio and keep meal 1 carb free (sub oats with egg whites and nuts)
- replace meal 3 with a proper meal
- add some complex carbs to meal 4
- remove meat from meal 5 and add some medium GI carbs (or oats)
- keep the kangaroo meat for meal 6

Shakes r fine IMO.. seen great results on em... I'd leave the shakes in ur diet but add more FOOD!! that'll really put some mazz on ya
start hittin chest hard...
for cuttin just start chasin around some 'roos in the out back!! haha jk oh btw does the toilet water really rotate the other way when u flush it in austrailia??

My attitude is, if you cant eat it drink it. Better to get it in a shake than not at all !!!

Arms looking good.
Focus on the bigger muscles first and most. And everything will grow. And I mean heavy benches, squats, deads etc.. not little things like lat pulldowns , flys....

You are not ready to start using AAS or anything as such. Train naturally for as long as possible before thinking about using anything.
At this stage I wouldn't concentrate on competing, but concentrate on your diet and training. An additional 4kg of muscle on top of what you have will not be enough to compete.
It will all come in time, just have some patience.
Good luck.

i think this kid deserves some credit..hes bigger than 95% of anyone i know who hopped on steroids and looks pretty damn good
how long have you been training? honestly, im not gonna tell you that with your build you have no right to do steroids, because you do. youve built up a good natural base and have clearly put in some time. but get everything down, your diet, your training..find out what works for you and what doesnt...experiment with every type of routine untill you find whats ideal for you, then do a cycle when everything is down..and i assure you, you're going to be a monster.
peace

Lfs2shrt2bsml with a little work on ur chest & traps u will hav a solid build. I agree with
brjrj0000, in that pic u look like u have less than 14% bf. BTW u have pretty much sold me on the kangeroo meat idea, ill hav 2 giv it a go. Just 1 thing, u say that its available all through australia, do u catch the kangeroo's yourself because there arnt many roaming around in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, lol.
