    Any Suggestions?!?!

    well im 18 years of age 5'9'' 185lbs pretty hard into lifting and dieting i wanna start bodybuilding competively any suggeestions on what i could do to get more mass any diet ideas or lifts my weaknesses or strong points heres some pics plz help.

    heres some back my back is def not thick i need to work on it alot need better workouts for it i seem to work it out hard but never improvments

    Your back is def lagging behind your legs..Just need to thicken up a bit..LOts of deadlifts!!

    well ive been lifting with no help or experience so i dont do deadlifts cuz i dont know the right technique and i dont wanna do them wrong

    yeah my calves suck they are little but are cut i need to work on them more which i did today

    The wheels look GREAT! I would work on your back like you said. Deadlifts alone will start to bring your back out. When I first started doing deads I couldn't believe the back progress and just the overall strength gain on almost every muscle.

    ur back is only thing laggin a bit, like mentioned deadlifts and maybe a bit of work on your rear delts too, other than that your pretty dam jacked. keep up the work cant wait to see pics down the track
