    I need direction

    Hey guys. Im just looking around for now and planning on starting my first cycle this march. I aim to bulk up and get stronger I am 5'9 165lbs. I am 28 yo. Not sure which cycle to do and how long or if I can just start up with just testosterone . I been working out strictly with a partner for almost a year but always played sports in HS and in college. But I guess its now time to do this and I want to do this right. Ill post some pics later. Peace out

    BF? More specific Goals? Read up and then keep asking questions. My 1st was a dbol /enth cycle two years ago and I LOVED IT!!!!! Kept all my strength gains and thinned out very nicely Went from 180 with 20% BF to 215 bloated as hell and monster strong and then down to a clean 10% BF @ 190 lbs and never lost any strength. AAS are dreamy physically and can be BRUTAL mentally PCT and post PCT so read up, read up, read up........two years later I can still pull, press, lift what I did on cycle though I am not bulky.....never was my goal so I'm Happy. DL 500, Bench 275, Deep squat 375 @ 180lbs and 13% BF. Cycling is beautiful but PLEASE know what you're seeking aesthetically and fitness wise...

    My goal is to really bulk up to 190-200 lbs or even more with my first 2 cycles and then cut up on my third 190 with 15 BF. I want to get stronger too. I currently FBP 185-200lbs. Squats 200-250, DL 200-275 lbs. Im not sure on my BF at the moment but I have scheduled a fitness exam this saturday so Ill know. I want to know what my options because I want to do it right. Ill read up more here and maybe post my pic later. Ill also do measurements before I start so I can monitor my progress. Im really excited on doing this and getting started. Thanks for your help.

    dude you should not think about cycles. When I was 19 I first started with methyltest (dianabolin) 25mg/Ml about 8 per week, then added test enanthate 200mg/ml 1 then 2 per week. I stayed "on" you have to stay on to get real results. I too am 5'9" at 18 i weighed 185lbs within 4 months I weighed 205. I kept my diet the same and trained my nuts off while propigating propinate and equipoise . I tried to keep my total Mgs to 600-800 mgs a week. What happened, I got alot bigger and stronger. I hate people who say all they want to do is get toned and ripped. Because all I wanted to do was get ****in huge. quit making excuses, take the skirt off and commit.

    Nandrolone/ Androgel

    I will try to post my pics later...I just have a question...have you guys heard about Nandrolone (one a week injection) and daily Androgel topical combination before starting an actual cycle...?

    I know I need to really plan my diet and also do more cardio. But will it mess me up if I do too much cardio if I wanna gain size and weight??? I play hockey and lacrosse and for now I am planning to take a season off to concentrate to get big...whatcha guy think??? Somebody IMed me Windrol??? Do you guys know something about that???

    nandrolone (deca ) and test gell is an awful combination that you would regret. Listen to the advice already posted.

    Bf???

    I had my fitness exam at the gym today and had my body fat estimated. He told me that it is 18%. Does that seemed correct? What do you think guys. Thanks for your advise guys.

    I'd say 18 is probably correct. I think you have a lot more to do before you consider a cycle. One year of serious training experience is not enough. There are a lot of natural alternatives to help fulfill your potential (tribulus, zma, glutamine, bcaas, etc) but I would not recomend a cycle.

    hey guys read somewhere about animal test...do you guys know more about that? where do you get it...Im still debating about starting a cycle or going to train more naturally for a little bit and then doing a cycle after that..

    What does your diet look like? How many grams of protein are getting a day?
    Yes too much cardio can hinder you from gaining size if you aren't getting the proper nutrition. Are you taking any type of whey or casein protein? Any creatine or glutamine?

    Heres a sample my typical day.
    I usually do my cardio in AM 6:45/ Swim (not sure on how many laps) if feels that doing this early during the day makes me more active. I do this maybe 3 to 4 times a week
    Meal 1 ( 7:45)- Hard boiled eggs 4 egg white and I whole egg with Whole Wheat Toast
    Meal 2 (10:30)- Oat Meal 1cup with Banana
    Meal 3 (1:30pm)- 1 Piece of Grilled Chicken either with Brown Rice/ Brocolli or Caul***ower raw with non fat dressing or London Broil Steak with Brocolli and Carrots ( no gravy!!!)
    Meal 4 (4:30pm)- Protein Power shake (GNC near me has a Smoothie Bar)
    Workout: 3 days on and 1 day off...I creatine tabs 2 tabs not sure how many milligram.
    Meral 5: 7:30 - Tuna and lemon with cup of Brown rice or 4 gg white and 1 whole egg
    Meal 6: 10pm: sometimes I skip this if not not really hungry and try to avoid eating carbs but its tough sometimes.. I would have glass of milk or protein shake
    I dont really measure anything ...just estimating/eyeballing the portions by cups.
    I stopped drinking any sodas, sugary juices since the new year, so far Ive been really good on staying away from it.
    Cardio: I usually try to swim once a week and try not to do too much spin classes. because it gets too addicting and also because of the women in my class is so hot.
    I do elliptical machines and the treadmill (running) 20 or 30 mins interval training. I try not to stay too long so by doing interval it makes me feel that I did a lot already. I see people staying over an hour in the machines which makes me wonder if they know that they are just wasting there time. I really gotta focus. I workedout out only for sports related conditioning almost all my life but I really just started serious training in the gym almost a year ago with a buddy of mine who is a bit stronger than me on the upperbody so he kinda pushes me to try hard and be stronger. I am more stronger in squats and any other lowerbody workouts but my buddy has a knee problem so I kinda havent been that serious with my leg workouts. I wanna really push myself because I know I can go a lot heavier with squats and deadlift. Doing legs used to be the highlight of my week so I really gotta go back to that. let me know what you guys think...Am I eating too much or not enough? I dont really know how to calcute calories on the serving size. Ive been reading around the site so answers. Anyway I m really open for suggestions. thanks in advance

    Your not sure about a lot of stuff, ranging from ur caloric intake to the amount of creatine in your pills...Steroids are very serious drugs, with very real changes and reactions occuring in ur body. If you are unsure of these basic, yet crucial, elements of bodybuilding, how do you expect to manage/understand the complexities of a cycle with these powerful drugs?

    Start with becoming an expert on diet and training (the foundation of bbing). Until you do that you aren't ready to become an experiementer with AAS.

    sounds like you gotta do more research bud. and try to stick with legitimate gear. be very careful, you will be injecting foreign substances into ur body and thats not something you want to be half-assed about.

    That stuff is not steroids , some fake crap!!! You can find gear from websites, but you have to do a lot of research first. If it says its legal, then its B.S. you only way you get gear online is from an overseas company.

    Thanks for you IMS and messages guy. As much as I wanted to start a cycle. For now I ve decided to not do it...well not yet... Ill just train naturally for now and do it when I have a better base before I start. I will continue to educated myself, research and keep on you guys for advise. I will periodically update you guys. Believe me that I cant wait to get started but I know now that I am not ready. Thanks

    I think that is the right decision. After all, if you want to gain size and lose weight and stay thisway, you must understand it will require a life change and dedication. You are obviously a big dude and have a strong foundation. If you get your diet in check combined with a proper work out routine, building muscle will help to lose some BF and accomplish your goals to begin with naturally. Then if you decide to do AAS, you will be ready to gain all of the benefits they may have to offer you. I think if you jump into a cycle now, you may eat improperly and put on too much water weight. You will gain a lot of weight, but may not be happy with what it looks like. We all have an ideal look. Skinny dudes like me always want more thickness. Big dudes always want to cut back some more BF. In any event set some goals, read some threads and start on the journey. No matter what if you start you will continuously amaze yourself. Good luck!
