What is MY BF and PLEASE CRITIQUE
Here are my stats. Currently 140 lbs. 5'8 Age 19
PLEASE CRITIQUE.
Joined Gym 6 months ago at 125, Started weight lifting almost 3 months ago.
Diet is NOT great. I eat pretty much whatever but mostly try to eat protien.
I would say I eat about 30-40 Grams protien.
I am going to Impriove my diet first.
Any more advise? and things I need to do?? and also what do you think my Bf is? Currently I cant see my abs defined.

Need better pics to be accurate I would say about 13-14% though...

30-40 grams of protein per day? I hope not. You need at least one gram per pound/bodyweight. You are pretty lean though. Start eating 200-500 above your maintanance for starters. Clean food!

If you're 140 lbs at 5'8" I really wouldn't be worried about my abs, but its all about how you wanna look. If you wanna see ur abs better then you can cut a little. Personally, I would bulk up alot before caring what my abs looked like. Check out the diet forums to get an idea of what to do. Good luck

9%-10% is pretty ripped, i must say that with your abs showing you would be closer to 12-13%. if you have a local personal trainer, ask him/her for a pinch test that will give you the most accurate result.

30-40 grams of proteins? I hope every three hours...
I bet they are not 30-40 a day, nice work for a six months training tho. You already look better than El.
