    You should cut to under 15% because of p-ratios. That way with a calorie excess, you`ll tend to put on more muscle than fat. I wish I still had the link explaining why.

    Your abs are under there bro, you just cant see them. Up the cardio a little to get your bf down to 15ish.

    now if i lower my BF% does that means i have to drop weight, witch would brings me further away from my goal. i am 254 right know and by august coach would like me to be 285 to 290, but not fat. so should i still drop before cycle or what you think.

    Honestly, I would have a talk with your coach and tell him that it's dang near impossible to put on that kind of good weight in that amount of time. You can either be 270 and fast with not alot of fat or 290 and a slow butterball.

    so you suggest to try and get to about 245 with a low BF% and then get in cycle to about 270 or 275. speed really is my game? so i dont want to comprimise that.

    not yet we just got done with spring ball.i had 3 sacks in the first half. then i sat out for the rest. you think 280 would be too much also.

    Its all about how you gain weight bro. If you're a ****morph then I'd say 280 isn't out of the question. Just get the diet and cardio (ya, more than at practice) on track to lower bf, then have at it. Wherever you end up is the best you can do. Good luck tho

    The numbers fixation won't assist you.

    @254 and 20% + bodyfat...

    235-240 would put you at 15%

    225-230 would put you at 12%

    And that's where you should be to cycle: 12%.

    The figure your coach put in your head is unattainable.

    If you're adamant about your weight fixation, diet down to 240 prior to starting cycling.

    That'd take about 7 weeks.

    + a 12-weeks to add 20 lbs... which'd take you to 260.

    That's 5 months...

    This coincides with the time period your coach set out.

    ..minus the time alloted to PCT.

    If you're clocked at 4.5 forty, dang son for football you dont need to lose any fat. As for using AAS, you should cut some bf.
