    Need Bodyfat Estimate and Critique

    Hey guys, made a post week or two back with my current stats and pics. Well, I'm fixing to begin cutting up to try to get a lot leaner for summer and I need some advice from you guys.

    I've included a pic of me that was taken around a week ago, fresh off a bulking period I went through. I would like current estimates on my body fat and some advice as far as what area's need the most improvement in my frame muscularly, and what area's need the most improvement as far as reduction of fat.

    I truly am dedicated to this so I am hoping to get down to 7-8% body fat within the next two months for summer, while at the same time retaining a majority of my muscle mass. I hope you guys can help, it's truly appreciated.

    how hard do you work your abs? If you dont work your abs hard as hell it can make you look like 2% higher bf than you really are. But if thats as ripped as you can get your abs right now I would go as far as 12 but no higher.

    I'd say 11 or 12 percent. You look good man, good shoulder and bicep structure in particular.

    That kid does not look 15 percent bf to me. 10-12 From the front he has 0 sides. I've seen guys on here with sides getting marked below 15 and he has none.

    11-12% at the moment. 7-8% is definately achievable.
