im 6ft just under 190lbs

no matter what i do i cant grow my shoulders? iV tried everything, i want to look wider but no matter what i do i look kinda norrow

any suggestions?

laterals.. good form but heavy weight. barbell front press... i dunno man.. just work em hard!!

I used to di sise laterals with perfect form light but felt then working but recentaly ive switched to heavier weights, the form aint as good as i jerk my body alittle but i still feel them.

i also started behind the neck press as i used to do them from the front, Ill see if this helps.

naw man.. front presses.and with the laterals make sure you go heavy, but also make sure you feel the muscle workin ya know?... if you've hit a wall with strength and growth try some super sets.. like bent laterals with upright rows..

Will start supersetting see if that helps, i just want raw bulk on shoulders, i do alot of traps you think that takes away the impresseion of wide shoulders?
