all of sudden everything is credited to genetics. i'm really perplexed. i thought an aggressive workout plan with proper form, clean diet, and a good series of cycles would lead to that kind of shape. i guess i don't have that genetic thens.
**impressive result tank***

before mma training he was doing a pretty standard training program, working one body part at a time, training as heavy as he could, and eating alot. its hard for him to keep up with his metabolism when hes up past 200 lbs tho, so with life getting a little busy/changing jobs he lost a little weight, but still managed to look bigger just getting leaner by not eating enough..then he got into the mma and his training shifted, his diet became very tight, and his training added a whooole lot more cardio...thats about the best i can tell you, he lives in BC, and when i moved home, he was like 215 lbs or so, so i havnet been there to see his progression to this. i can tell you ive never seen him lookin this ridiculous tho, even im amazed by what kind of shape he has gotten into.

what you see here isint just a credit to genetics.in all honesty, on top of where hes genetically blessed, he probably works harder than you do. to get ready for his fight he was training hours, and hours, a day. every meal, **** every movement he made was put into this fight. can you say you give that kind of commitment? i dont, and thats why i dont look like that. but beyond everything, obviously genetics determine our physiques. if i ever wantd to look like my brother, i would have to go through some seriously painful strict ****in hardcore dieting to even touch his level of shreddedness. on the flip side, for my brother to ever get up to 250 lbs or push the wieghts i have he would have to eat every day untill he puked just to maintain his weight when i could at 3000 cals. youve gotta take the hand you were dealt and make the best of it man, compete against yourself..cause thiers always gonna be someone out there bigger and better than you are.
singed,
tony robbins.

nah it didnt take 8 years...hes been in and outof the gym through this period...had a year off, 6 months off, ect...recently hes been going steady for a while, but again im speaking for him and i dont really know, from what ive seen he went up to like 210 lbs, then over the course of last year got down to 170, now hes kind of hovering around there and putting on more muscle/cutting up even more. both of us have had issues that kept us out of hte gym for extended periods of time. he was massive like 5 years ago, and could have cut down to this size then probably, but life just got in the way. same with me, i had over 21 inch arms and was benching 450 when i was 21, inbetween then and now ive had close to 3 years out of the gym but we both rebound very, very quickly.
thanks for the responses everyone, when my brother gets his ass on here he can actually speak for himself!!

170 in those pics? He's totally jacked! Love to see him fight.

Awesome!!
With your type of body structure, every pound of muscle gained looks like 5. And your vascularity is only adding to this effect.
Both you and your brother "TANK" are genetic freaks...LOL

Wow he has an amazing physique, especially because it's natural!
He proves that being short sometimes has its up-sides i.e. it's easier to look relatively big when you're short.

He looks awesome Tank. I can't believe he's only 170. But 5'5" makes sense. He looks tough. Even that look on his face. Anyways, I don't think it's been brought up by you, do you know how much bf he is? Also, I just wanted to comment on the individual who asked if it takes 8 years to look like that. Here is my opinion. Most people won't even come close to that look in a lifetime. Genetics don't mean sh*t to me, but......LOL, he is pretty vascular. He looks great.
