WTF-Before ever going to the gym

I ran across this old pic (well 2004). Right before I stepped foot in the gym! I looked like a stick figure and weighed 130ish lbs @ 5'10". I was 18-19.

Diet and working out has made a world of difference. The after pic (taken today, is without any gear)

I hope when i get done with my first cylcle of sust 250 @ 500mg/wk. I will see that much improvement.

Get into the diet forum. You have a lot of natural gains to make before taking anything. 3-5 more years IMO.

Sorry to bumping this up but...

Why the hell are you even thinking of using gear with that body, you certainly need alot more knowledge in dieting before you even consider using anything.

Using gear will make your natural gains harder, and you will not gain any mass that you last as long as you dont know a shit about diet.

Thanks, I have indeed worked on my diet.

The whole point of this post was to say "look at me back then when I didn't know what a weight was" or something to that effect.

And showing what 4+ years of lifting lead to great natural gains. I was 130ish in the 1st pic and 176 in the second. This is a fairly old post, and I have since tweaked my diet. I am 190 now, but this is in cycle. I am doing a test-e cycle.

Perhaps if you showed a before AND after pic, there wouldn't be this confusion where some members believe this is how you look at current. Not everyone reads what you write in your post in the picture forum, so dumb it down for all the "slower" ones out there
