I did this natural,.. which makes the whole ordeal that much more catabolic.... oww that is a bad word.
I cooked up a lot of muscle doign this.....
Now.... I learnt a lot of things doing this test run...
1. That high intensity cardio when carb dep cooks up muscle like you wont believe(well soem of you will know this). Oh well I started a bit late and was inconsistent and thought more needed to come off. So you live and learn.
2. That I would not fully drop out carbs... (i did this right at the end,... and it was not worth the grief)
3. To be more consistant and log everything you do,.. so you can change or replicate it at a later date
4. You can never practice your posing enough,... (this is more related to my training partner,.. he got 2nd).
5. that my forearms look really shit...
6. i really cooked my legs up with all the interval training I was doing..... yeah yeah.... I know... low intensity.... you don't have to tell me.!
I learnt plently more... but i just couldn't be bothered typing it out... I am tired... time for bed.
Night y'all

I think he was bigger. He dieted down as if he was going to do a competition.

And in doing so I lost a lot of size... as i didnt do it as well as i could... as i went to high intensity on the cardio and i am natural... (which sucks) but i am going to stay that way and try and get a trophy before going IFBB.
I am now a week later weighting 9 kgs heavier...

Dude, you look awesome!! I cant believe thats all natural in such a short period of time, and I can't even see scars from where that happened. Where did they go??
HOWEVER, I just got home from eating sushi and I now feel sick after looking at that first picture. The meat looks like what was in my spicy tuna roll. Thanks Nate!! hahaLast edited by Wake Chick; 10-24-2002 at 08:44 PM.

Congrats on surviving that ordeal and busting your bum to where you're at now. I have something like that on my ankle from a car accident...not a pretty sight, but hey it could have been worse...
