Before and After...
As simple as that, August 2007 to today (well last week).
Before 5' 6" who knows 160lbs maybe?
Now 5' 6" 171 as of picture (I guess no matter how much I work out I am not going to get any taller)
Also, this was after a 3 mile run, no pump, just some sweet sweet sweat to shine me up. I am on a CKD and this was a low carb day. My carb up was 2 days away, so I do look nice and lean. I sweel up about 6 lbs on carb up day and look a little more muscular. It's all water weight though as my muscles replenish glycogen and swell with water. At this point I like lean better, this past winter I just wanted to be huge. I'm sure I will get huge again, it's fun eating, but getting really lean is a rewarding challenge. It seems to allude most people. Look forward to your input.

long story short 12 wks test cyp sept - dec 07
7 wks tren only march-may
I have been on small amounts of test prop (40 mg x 3 per week) for the past 2 1/2 weeks as my diet gets dialed in and the fat comes of to maintain LBM (and avoid the hormonal pitfalls of hard dieting and low body fat). I have coupled this with some Nolva/Letro to avoid water gains and any sort of puffy look.
My diet is pretty dialed in, and as I have said elsewhere I would attribute probably 85% of my success to that. I have a daily plan for food (I know to the gram what I will eat tomorrow and at what time, grams Fat, Protien, Carbs) and cycle my kcals 1 day 10% over maint. 2 days 15% below. Buy a kitchen scale, write down everything, do this for a month, start tweaking and watch your body change!

Insane- I have exact dates in my logs- but I take off as long as on. I took 12 wks off after my first cycle, 8 wks after the tren only cycle. I know it's a little stretch but I really don't concider what I am doing right now a "cycle". From what I read natural test drops as body fat gets low, cortisol jumps, ect... I am running 120mg test prop a week. If I was on HRT they would give me a 400mg cyp or enth shot a month, ie 100mg a week, so I am just above HRT levels. As far as PCT I run nolva and clomid. I run letro during my cycles. I run clomid until my nutz feel the "right" size again (huge) and nolva for 21 days post cycle.

I just posted on my log thread but my goal is do a competition at 176 lbs. My game plan is to gain like 10+lbs lean this winter and really shred it up this coming spring. Obviously I need a lot of work, but I guess it seems like a more realistic goal then it did when I started this. My legs aren't bad- so you know, I do 8 plate squats on HIT training days ( 3 X 3-6). I'm just not ready to shave them .

no bullshit- the arms are genetic, I don't do arms at all really, no isolation anyway. I let chins and rows/ bench do them. My dad has huge arms (he does workout) as does my grandpa (who has never lifted that I know of, just pushups and stuff). So the one thing I have is big arms natural. I have gotten that my whole life. People ask if I do hundreds of curls.

Good to see you put some hard work in to get lean, most guys just bulk and they start to look fat but think they are huge.
