Yeh thats a perfect size right there.
Anything smaller would be too small and anything bigger would be too big.
I'd be completely satisfied if it was me, but I think I might try to bring the chest out a bit more too. Great work!

Nice ABS ,arms are confusing me i know this is all about genetics..myself as an example my arms looking freaky good even before strating the iron game
so after 4 years they look like cranks lol ..yours are good overall but the TRI needs to go bigger than that

Its strange cause if you look at your body we can say your lower than 10% BF, but your face look bloated and seem to have fat around it???
Anyway i didnt thought that was less than 10% that means i am too, since im looking at your midsection and mine is more ripped than this, got an 8 pack right now and i thought i was like 12% bf lol

15 grams fat (any good EFA source)
10:30 workout #1
meal 3 (postworkout)
11:30 am
1 scoop whey
1 banana
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
meal 4
12:30- 1:00 pm
6 oz chicken breast
2 cups vegies
1/2 cup oats
meal 5
2:30 pm
6 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup oats
15 grams EFA
meal 6
4:30 pm
6 egg whites
1 scoop whey
25 grams EFA
meal 7
6:30 pm
1.5 scoop whey
1/2 cup oats
1 TBS flax
8:00 pm Workout #2
meal 8 (post workout)

Cardio:
5 times/week
I usually do 10 miuntes stair master at 7-10 level some where there.
then .75 mile-1 mile on treadmill max incline walk. then sprint at 13 mph on treadmill intervals, for example i'd sprint for 30-45 seconds then walk or jogg a minute then do it again for 4-6 times. and cardio is over for me.
I also play soccer for at least 1 hour/week and i play forward wing so i got to sprint all the time.
I lift between 7-10 times/week now. I make sure to hit each muscle group once every 4 days.

I am the exact same height but at 185 pounds around 9 percent body fat..thats amazing i dont think i can get that low in body fat at that weight without using some major gear and giving it some time very impressive.

Do you drink the egg whites or put em in a blender and mix it with the protein cause it seems a lot of egg whites to cook em everyday? What about the oats, do u blend them too? Keep up the good work man.

I just drink the whites. Yeah, I mix the oats in the shaker with some whey and won it!!
So I can have a whole meal in 5 minutes
crack 12 eggs and separate the whites and mix the oats with the whey and some water.
your numbers will be:
12 egg whites 4x12 ~ 50 grams protien
1.5 cup oats 12 grams protien and 80 grams carbs and 12 fat
1 scoop whey 25 grams protien
Total: 92 grams protien, 80 grams carbs, 12 grams fat
Thats a 800 cals meal on the go, and it won't fill you up for shit, witihn 1 hr i'm hungry again.
