My progression has been sort of slow because I had some bumps in the road with my cycle because of things like 14 hr a day sorority rush with no break for food/workout and vacation and such. But anyway. I have decided to move from a 7 week cycle to a 9-10 week cycle. Also, I went up from 10mg of var a day to 20mg.
