Cutting pictures from 240 to 188

What about the new pictures after gaining 12-13 pounds (At the bottom of page one), do you guys see any difference from the "188 pounds" pictures at the top ?

i see a huge difference man..if anything you dont look like youve put on any bf either from your first set of pics, you look leaner imo.

Many thanks to you creating thE STS aswell. Really got me going again

First slingshot training system cycle:

- Waist stayed the same, or maybe 1/4 of an inch up, nothing to complain about though

- about 1 inch on my arms, 1/2 on underarms
- about 2 inches on my legs, 1 inch on calves
- 12-13 pounds heavier

Thanks dude, very very nice to hear. :--) That really keeps me motivated, time to get big now, not fat but muscle, haha..

I like how things are going at the moment, my body seems so much more responsive towards weight training now that I don't have a ton of lard on me
