    My latest pics

    Hey guys,

These are my latest pics. I finished my cutting cycle 2 weeks ago, so right now I am 2 weeks inside pct. I missed the critical time to take pics at my best shape because in these 2 weeks my brother got married and my daughter will be born in the next few days so all the celebration has left its mark but anyway I think I am just holding some water as my bf% has not gone up more than 1% and should be at around 8%.

I have always had a strong front and in this last year I tried to concentrate on my back and legs. I am proud of what I achieved regarding my back, but my legs have always proved to be a strugle to follow up with my upper body despite all the dedication I put into leg work. Any critique and suggestions are welcome.

great overall. though its tough to see with some of the lighting.
but your legs do look a lil behind compared to your upper. concentrate more on them
back is very nice. lats look strong and are developed throughout the upper and lower portions
rear delts look behind but like i said its tough to see with the lighting

may i ask what your cycle was and what goals you had set, did you reach them and etc? if you have a log please point me in the direction and ill read it.

I agree with you as far as the legs go. I am one of the unfortunate ones that struggles with leg growth. As for the rear delt, maybe its the light but I don't feel it is lagging behind. I did a regular test prop/ tren ace/ winny cutter, but ended up gaining some muscle because diet and training got a lot better during cycle (I was working abroad and living in hotels before).

My goals were to reach 85kg at around 7-8%bf and I pretty much did it ( i am 174cm). I started at around 87kg and 16%bf.

It was my intention to start a log but due to my gf pregnancy and new job back in Portugal in was impossible for me. I have only started posting again recently.

    What up, Hugo?

Looking great! Hit those legs up.... Do 80% range heavy squats followed by 80% range stiff leg deads, with smooth, fast no-kink reps to failure....you'll blow up.

Shoot me a PM, bro...we need to catch up.

fierce man, seriously. your front is astounding, superb conditioning and proportions.

i agree that your legs need a bit of work to balance out your upper body and i think your back could use a little more too.
altogether though you look damn good. very very impressive

Looking good, the front is your strong point, the legs could use some work (as with most people) but I think your back is what you should focus on the most. Woudnt hurt to try and bring up the delts a bit too. I am being critical but overall you had some very nice results.

legs need a tiny bit more size but not too much, u dont want to be too bulky. nice to see someone though with cut athletic legs and a big ripped upper body. remember, arnold had small ripped legs and looked great on him.

You're looking great bro! Can't imagine how much shredded if u would've taken pics when you were at your dryest/leanest!!!

    two humble observartions:

    - you have the same problem with legs that I do, it's not the size/strength, but bringing out that "sweep" in the outer quads and the "tear drop" to complete that symmetry ... I've found closed stance smith machine squats/ hack squats to be quite effective for the sweep and going heavy low rep on leg extensions for the teardrops.

    - focusing on your side delts would really make those already huge delts look like round cannonballs

-damn, I wish I had abs like yours... just amazing!

    nice briefs bro!

    cheers

Thank you everyone for the critique and suggestions. I will bet on closed stance squats for sweeps, leg extensions with toes pointing out for the teardrop and stiff leg deadlifts for the hams. My delts develop easily so i will just keep doing what I am doing and for the back, since I had such a strong development this last year when I switched my routine and will just follow the same path.

    For war4BTT:
Estou localizado em Almada a Sul de Lisboa. É bom ver mais alguém falando portugues por aqui. Um forte abraço.

Damn bro - lookin thick as hell - you've got a great physique - broad shoulders, tiny waist - incredible V on the back!!! I'd say work more on the back to get some definition/striations. also hiot the trqaps & delts.

    BTW nice Tat too!
