Input Please, long time member want feedback
Can anyone guess my BodyFat? I have no clue what it is
Any and all Feedback is welcome, I want to be better
What do I need to work on, what would you improve?
Of cource my wife tells me I look good but when I look in the mirror I think I'm too small
right now im only taking 5iu HGH day/ with 400mg week of Test, been lifting off/on since i was about 14 years old
Right now i have a torn Left Pec, but this is best photo I could get
33 years old.
Im 5 foot 10.5 inches 193lbs
Current Best Bench 405lbs

I would say between 14-16%, you look pretty muscular, good Job. Now just clean up the diet some and hit the cardio harder and you will be a ripped 180-185.

Thanks for the input, you know when you look at yourself in the mirror its hard, I'm always comparing myself to pro's like Arnold and Jay Cutler telling myself.......Oneday..maybe someday, but I just seem to just get older.

Chest and delts are great, mix in some cardio and clean up the diet.

I'd work on your legs and getting your BF down.
I'd say your around 14% right now.
not a flame but you don't look like you could bench 405....what are your goals? i.e powerlifting, bodybuilding etc....
Let's see the back.
Also, post up your diet, are you cutting right now?

As the lads said just drop weight a bit and it will be all good. I'll be doing the same myself dropping down a weight

Hey bro - you look good - I'd say watch the diet -eat 1-2 gms of protein/grm of BW while you are on cycle. you will be able to gain 20lbs easy and then cut down to 10% bf. i'd concentrate on traps & delts - really hammer the squats and yor calves while on cycle. Good luck bro - awsome so far!

Goals are to be around 215 to 220lb with about %10 bf would be great, Every time I Powerlift I usually get hurt, I busted my L5 Disk doing squats, and ripped my left Pec doing heavy bench, and Yes I have benched 405lbs, i usally lift with 120lbs-130lbs dumbells on Incline for 8-10 reps, but right now I can't do much since everything hurts. I hear that ALOT, and usually I get alot of stares and disbelief in the Gym when I can pop 4plates up off my chest. I have been on a never ending quest to be strong since I was about 14, 15 years old. Gettting stronger with Negatives.
But honestly since im getting older I rather look better, than proving to others how much I can lift, since I'm not sure how long my body can take it.
