But, the question I have has already been asked, but, what do you take? What supplements? And more importantly, what "supplements"? How much do you eat, calories, protein & carbo´s? How many work-outs? Cardio?


You could easily be one of those guys we see in Muscle&Fitness, ever tried contacting them?

I understand the part with "looking bigger than I am"...the ripped physiques we see at pics in magazines, are not that big really up close. Right?
