You are so lucky man. I am 26 and have to do TRT.. Even with my 100mg test C a week, I am just in normal range Test. I wish I had your body man.. Congratulations.

Thanks, but I have to say that luck did not have much to do with it. I work out extremely hard and watch what I eat very diligently. It takes work.

Oh yeah! so true - if you are lucky, it's that you realised early on how to get in great shape and stay that way. i wasted a lot of years not working out effectively and eating too much junk food! Mind you it was good old fashioned homemade junk food - but still full of sugar, fat and simple carbs. So I'm 49 now - and when I grow up i want to look like you! Hahahahaha
props bro!

Sherman01, recovery for elbow was easy compared to rotator cuff. Before surgery I could not train any upper body without severe pain. After surgery waited maybe 4-6 weeks to start training again. I have a problem restraining myself so I just went all out and have had no problem since. It was amazing how easy it was to start lifting again. I would do it again if I ever had a sever elbow problem.

Thats great to hear. I have been fighting elbow pain on and off for a few years. Its good to know if it does get that bad, surgery is a real option.
BTW you look badass man! Keep up the good work!

Well, you're an inspiration to everybody here.
I've done 3 mos cycles in the past but I think your routine is great and you've convinced me to try it, particularly since I'm more your age.
Do you do cardio too?
Var is hard on HDL/LDL levels -do you check yours after a cycle?
Thanx!Last edited by johnsomebody; 01-05-2009 at 09:34 PM.

Thx Johnsom, Give it a try it may or may not work. Do you have trouble recovering from 3 month cycle?
Yes I blood test and my last HDL was 58. Very good, but my LDL is too high, I think 130. I think the using of nolva helps with cholesterol levels.

You look great! What do you do for cardio?

Run on treadmill and sometimes bike on stationary bike at gym. I believe in high intensity so my runs are at a fast pace for me 7.5-8.5 mph and short 1-3 miles depending on how my hip feels.
However when on cycle I do not really need cardio to cut. Lifting and eating are the keys for me!!
