    for some reason, your abs are not very defined, for being such a low body fat. i would expect to see a very defined protruding 8 pack.

    You look awesome bro. I agree that the legs might need a little work but only in comparison to the upper body.

    The one picture says you went from 6% to 5.5, but it looks like more than .5% difference though. Was the earlier measurement maybe not accurate? YOu are definitely more ripped in the second shot.

    My stats: age 30, 5' 11'' , 193 lbs, 5.5% BF (as of pic; now 198lbs @ 8% BF and climbing )

    My abs have been my bane, even an this low bf, the loose skin is just obscuring my mid section... I was obese until a couple of years ago, touching 230 lbs 30%+ bf (my waist was 42"), but it gets better year by year...

    u guyz are right; legs are lagging - That'll be my focus this coming year - legs and legs and more legs... '08 was better than 07 but still, vast room for improvement i agree

    I used 7pt caliper test for bf readings... had someone more experienced do it for me this year, which might explain why this yrs figure could be more accurate than last yrs.

    you look great! you have lots of work done and you should be proud of your self!

    pros:
    *back is very wide compared to you waist, with good thickness.
    *very low body fat - so you know you can get their and you def know how to diet
    *viens - that is sick (did you use eq at all?)
    *legs are bulky just not as cut as the rest
    *shoulders are very good

    cons
    *get some more size in your lower chest or whole chest it will help take the focus off of your ads(if abs are an issue for you ie: loose skin there, take the focus away from there)
    *def in quads
    *rear delts (they are good size, but your front delts just jump up and take over)


    all this is just what i would do in your shoes - bro you dont need to change any thing you look damn tight and muscular... did i just say that to a guy????

    Amcon, thanx for the detailed feedback - you're right about my lower chest too, i had to give up dips for a long time because of a deep nasty shoulder inflammation that didn't go away; I've starting dipping in the last 2 months so lower chest should be on my to-do list fo sho

    A2, my training was always HIT 6-10 reps, even when cutting, although I did hit more of the 8-12 range in the last few wks when strength feel cuz of low carbs. My split was Chest,Tris,Abs/Back,Abs/Shoulders,Biceps/Legs.

    This was a NPP/prop/var bulk and the classic tren /prop/mast cut (each 9 wks). First time on NPP...LOVED IT!! tho my source is out...bummer

    diet same as last yrs but with 10% more cals.. was bulking with 4200 kcals and cutting with 3000 kcals

    Looking good man for coming down from 30% bf. I can't even imagine getting to 8.5% bf, much less 5%. I gotta give it up to you for that. I agree with the leg opinions as well.
