Very nice and lean, good shape so far. What are your overall goals?

Well i have a health and fitness photoshoot to take part in around June/July so i'm working towards that at the moment.
I would like to take part in Mr Natural shows but i'm going to wait until after the photoshoot to decide but the Mr Natural will be more of a longterm goal i think.

As everyone has said, looking great dude. Most of us wish we could look half as good as you do! I'd be interested in your diet and cardio routine as well. But ripped as hell bro, especially considering that you are all natural. Great work.

Thanks for the comments lads
A few people have asked for stats and diet so here goes..
My Stats as off today :
Height 5'10
Weight 170
Chest 44
Arms 17
Calves 15
Waist 30.7
thighs 23.5
My calves need a little more size due to a car accident i was in and could train my legs for a good 8 months and i'm awaiting keyhole surgery for my knee, which i don't really want
My maintaining diet is as follows
Morning/breakfast
Porridge Oats/ Protein Shake
Mid Morning
4 egg white and 1 whole egg/ Mixed veg
Lunch/pre gym foods
600-700g of steak or chicken Geroge Foreman style
With some brown rice and veg
Post gym
Protein shake/ Banana/ hand full of nuts
Afternoon
Soup or Jacket potato with kidney beans and other types of beans
Late afternoon
1 tin of tuna in spring water
I do 10mins cardio every 2-3rd workout
I have not yet put together a full diet for when i start cutting as it will be the first time i've ever tried to lean right out. I have a few friend that will be giving me some input to make it a finish article.

Nice work, your more shreded normal than I am when I cut. Keep it up

So you've never done a cycle you say? Your genetics are off the charts! I believe you'd respond very well to anabolics. Log your cycles should you decide on it. Great base to start with!

I love your attitude dude. 10 years away from a cycle. WOW I wish I was that chilled about leaning up. For me I was to impatient and keen. Happy I did one though but I can't wait to start the next one and you are talking 10 years. Holy cow. Great Attitude and good luck with the photo shoot. It will be interesting to follow your progress and see how you respond to cutting. Nice one Dude!
