    from 235 to 155 natural. then 155 to 185 1st cycle.

Ive been looking over the forums for a while. but never posted, or even registered before right now. but i thought i would get some advice. or some critiques at least.

Info on me at 235 lbs:

    age: 18
    height: 5' 11"
    weight: 235
    BF %: 25-26 % (gross i know)
    training: none.

info on me at 155 lbs:
    age: 19
    height: 5' 11"
    weight: 155lbs
BF: about 12 to 13% (i would assume, never had it measured)
(in the picture, im the kid in the blue)

now finished my first cycle of anadrol and Dbol (a simple stack, but it was my first)...was I ready for it? I thought I was, but I realize now, I wasnt even close. But it was only a 6 week cycle. and I did actually see some low end to decent results. Nothing super amazing. But that is probably a result from my diet. as it wasn't very stable, and i probably took in too much fatty foods. But, i guess for a first cycle, i would call it a good learning experience.

    info on me at 185:
    age: 19
    Height: 5' 11"
    weight: 185 lbs
    BF: probably between 15-16% now.

on the side picture, it looks like there is a lot more fat around my mid section then there actually is, ive found its been almost a year, and the extra skin is still just hanging there, and ive been trying everything i can think of to drop it. I know there is some fat that i need to lose there, probably more then just a small ammount, but its in progress.

so, this is my first post. I know i wasnt ready to cycle yet (research wise anyways).

Any thing u guys see that needs help (body wise) feel free to post please.

but if u say "work on lower chest..." please include a work out that u would reccomend if u dont mind.

Just trying to get some feedback on progress so far, and some advice from some of the beasts!

    Thanks,
    boxoffail

you were too inexperienced for a cycle no matter how short it was.. id say you should have dropped to around 12% and add another 3 years training before cycling... and hit up the diet and cardio... then youll get big

While it's commendable that you lost so much weight, the simple fact that you're only 19 should make you reconsider using steroids . Anadrol and Dianabol , in my opinion, should not be used together because they pretty much yield the same results. You're first cycle wasn't even close to what a cycle should be. You're a young guy. You should wait a few years, pack on some quality muscle, and when you're well informed, then jump on a cycle.

Ugh I can't stand these comments.

OP... you did an excellent job. I have no idea why people are so hung up on your age, what's done is done, and you obviously understand the implications of what you did to your body. You don't need 6 men telling you what you already know. SO, I'd like to say, excellent job. Great work on the cutting phase, thats an inspirational drop for someone your age, and in the time frame you did it in. Hopefully you learned from the experience, and your diet will improve. Anyways, just wanted to say good job / good results.

thanks for the comments guys, i appreciate them. yeah, i definalty realize now i wasnt ready for a cycle or anywhere near ready. too young, not where i need to be with my body, training or diet. although it HAS been a learning experience.

I've seen what I need to focus on now for the next few years before i even consider touching a steriod again.

and about the time frame of the cutting: It was dropped in somewhere around 6 months....maybe 7 at max.

Based on pictures though, what are some suggestions you guys have for me? Im really looking for some solid advice!

    Thanks,
    Boxoffail

1.) cut BF from mid-section - abs need a lot of work to look leaner.

2.) work on building up chest

    3.) develop traps

4.) forearms and biceps could use work

    hope that helps.

Thanks, yeah thats pretty much what i was expecting to hear. Here is a sample of my lifting routines for those areas, would you mind giving it a little critique?

    chest:
    dumbbell press - 4 sets
incline dumbbell press - 4 sets
decline dumbell press - 4 sets

    Dumbbell fly - 3 sets
incline dumbbell fly - 3 sets
decline dumbbell fly - 3 sets

chest focused dips - 3 to 4 sets til failure

lower chest raise (not sure the real name of this one, but im laying off a bench just shuolders resting on it, and i bring the dumbell over my head and down a little then back over) 3 or 4 sets until failure on this one

    Biceps:
    Hammer curls - 4 sets
    dumbbell curles - 4 sets
straight bar curls - 4 sets until failure (generally with the squatting bar)
half ups/full ups - 4 sets. (this is generally 4 normal curls, followed by 4 where i go half way up, back down, all the way up, half way down, back up, then all the way down) (thats for 8 if i was doing my bulking week)

Curled bicep hangs (at 90 degrees) until failure - 2sets

    shoulders:

    Shrugs - 4 sets
Shrugs behind back - 3 sets
    shoulder press - 4 sets
    arnold press - 3 sets
shoulder side raises - 4 sets
shoulder front raises - 3 sets
    lateral raises - 4 sets

my cardio (due to my location) is semi limited. I have a gym but its lacking a lot of cardio equip, so i do my best. I generally try to do 30-45 minutes a day. on the eliptical, or some suicide sprints in the basketball court. but thats really all there is here.

I do morning cardo on Mondays/Wed/Friday as well for about an hour. on an empty stomach. Which generall includes running between 2-4 miles, or some soccer with competitive people, (some times football instead) or some sprints, all depending on the day.

As for my forearms, and abs, I could really use some good routines. Im at a loss for what to do on my midsection, i mean, i try to hit them every day post main work out. but im pretty much blowin steam out my ass when I do that. and forearms..what else is there besides forearm curls?

Any advice, or tweaks u guys have on those areas would be greatly appreciated guys.

    thanks,
    boxoffail

to many set for my liking. If you train short and intense you would get much better results i would imagine.14 sets max for larger muscle groups and 10-12 for smaller muscle groups.

    Man.
You need to stick to a clean high protein low sodium diet.
Add in some NoXplode pre workout and maybe a post workout supp.
Other than that I dont think you should try doing any more gear until you get a couple more years of training and dieting down.

thanks for all the advice guys. yeah, i know now im not going to use again until i can get where i need to be. which will take a few years, but thats fine.

yes i work my legs and back. its pretty standard:

    legs:
    squat
    front squats
    straight leg dead lift
    press
    hamstring curl
    calfs
    weighted lunges

generally 4 sets of each, and depending on bulk/str/tone it differs on how many and the weight.

im working on my diet, ive been reading a lot in the diet section about a good solid one that will work with my current job (military)

just wondering, do u guys have any advice for back? i seem to be lacking in creativity/ideas for that one.

I do hit my back, but probably not as hard as i should. so any suggestions would be appreciated!
