KB...Nolvadex should be used for PCT...along with your Clomid. Gyno may be an issue for you (or maybe not),but because of the current BF%, I think it's better to be safe then sorry. You can run armidex (available in liquid form for relatively inexpensive by clicking the red banner sponsor link located in the upper right hand corner) at .25 everyday or every other day, to prevent potential gyno side effects. Running nolva during cycle can hinder your gains.
I thinks its a good call to stop the dbol , and continue with just the sustanon . I would read up on the differences between SERMS/AI's, and PCT...that will help clarify things for you.
PCT should start 18 days after your last shot of Sustanon.
Great call on avoiding the sugar, it will only work against you. (or use it as reward for your hard work!)
I guarantee there are many guys on here rooting for you, and it'll be great to watch the changes!!

Thanks SampsonandDelilah for the information and advice. I would like to know what SERMS/AI's refers to please. Do you have a link for this by any chance? I am very happy to see that there are so many people rooting for me. I don't feel alone in this anymore and I really can't wait to give you guys feedback on the results!

Heres the link on AI's and SERMS
SERM/AI Definition
you may want to consider adding armidex during cycle and saving your nolva for PCT along with your clomid....anyone else agree?
I know how it feels being alone, going through all of this stuff, and it can be confusing some times with all of the info that is available...but luckily for both of us...these forums are here!!

Hey KB
You got lots of good advice already - here's my 2cents worth. I've been down a similar path as you 10 years ago and I'm 49 - so first off - getthe BF down - loose at least 20lbs this year - don't worry about looking big - as Fireguy said - you'll look huge w/ less bf. Finish your cycle and don't start another for at least a year. i did the winny cutting cycle and it didn't work magic as you read. It was shortterm and i only got results when I upped the cardio and changed the diet. (BTW - never do cardio on an empty stomach - that myth has been debunked many times now - you'll burn muscle that way, not fat.) I'd say take your $$$ and put it into a personal trainer instead of gear - 2x a week for 6 mos - you'll never recognise yourself. And do it before work when you have energy.
Good luck bro - you can do it! and it only gets harder the older u get!

Hi SampsonandDelilah.
Thank you for that link on AI's and SERMS. Thank you for your advice.
I trained very hard today. I hit cardio like mad.
Hi Mperk.
I will loose 20lbs this year. I will do everything I can to do it.
Thank you for the advice.

I agree with Big, there is a lot of bad advice on here. The guy has a lot of body fat to lose before he even touches AAS. A treadmill and a good diet is all he needs right now, no DBOL no winny and no Var!
This is not meant to be an insult what so ever, but your body fat is way to high to even consider anything right now.

To the OP....IMO you need to get that weight down and drop lots of bf....you're not doing yourself any favors by juicing right now...but being that you already started and you ARE an adult...try to concentrate on high rep low weight workouts and cardio maybe 2x a day when possible....you're youger than I am so theres hope for you bro.....I would have done more research before jumping into steroids .......oh and btw....I always get a kick out of the newbs when they take on the BIG man...lol......

Hi Kbampa,
Glad to see you on the site and I am even more glad that you decided to post here before you tried the AAS route.
Just a couple of things, I wont mention diet and cardio again because everybody has already told you that but I will comment on the amount of cardio you stated you were prepared to do. Honestly at your bf range I believe you should at least be doing an hour and a half of cardio a day. Break it up into two times a day if that helps you out.
Also just so you know I would say that your bf is more in the mid 30s. So you have a ways to go but I promise you can get there and your transformation will make you feel like a completely new man. I am excited for you and it is best to keep taking pictures of yourself every two weeks so you can see the differences that are happening. Good luck to you brother.

I don't always want to be the one asking the questions. I would also like to one day encourage the newbee's, but I have been reading up on Clenbuterol . This is a good fat burner. At my age (turning 42) is it a good idea? I am just scared of the heart with all the jitters and palpitations. Thanks guys!

You will be good to go, it shouldn't take you long at all to drop some body fat before you can really start bulking up with the muscles. Good luck to you!

hi kbampa im am with big do not listen to that cycle advice you received as a matter of fact my only advice about aas is you need to hold off for awhile and stop now if you want to get checked for low test levels thats another thing. there is alot of info on this board take advantage of the diet section that is where you will strike gold, read the stickeys put together a diet and post it up folks will be more than glad to help you change it as needed you can also post up in the workout forum, you dont need aas, clen or anything else right now, once you get your diet down and stay dedicated and consistant with that and your workouts you will be suprised at the progress you have made without any of that stuff but i agree with above post and that is priority should be dropping fat at this point but in a smart manner.

I agree with Fire for the most part. I am NOT a fan of clomid I would use nolvadex .
Dropping your bf will be much healthier in the long run
good luck.

Why would you stab yourself with a needle when you can just take a pill?

Monsoon, realize you have only been here a day but going around giving terrible and wrong advice is not a good start.

^^^^X2!
Bro...I try my hardest not to flame anyone...but you deserve it! Your advice is garbage!!! "why stick yourself with a needle when you can take a pill" are you kidding me?!?! Or my favorite is..." I was Ronnie Coleman's size when I was 17, but I decided I wanted to be a little pudgy".
I've gone back and read all 6 of your posts, and they're all whacked. Please keep your crappy advice to yourself!

Hey man - I tried the clen /T3 stack for the same reason - read all that shit about the miracle of fat melting off and found that it was not that effective. It def gave me the jitters and heart palitations. Diet was WAY more effective for me - i eventually did a CKD diet - Boring as shit but seems to burn mainly the fat. Having said that - some people love clen - I may fgive it another try as well, but don't expect a miracle - even a minor one.
Good luck bro.

Hi Mperk
Thanks for that advice. I now know that I must not go and buy Clen or T3. It is also way too expensive for me. I must say that I agree with you about diet. All the above bodybuilders encouraged me to rather diet properly. I have lost 3 inches around my waist and I can feel that the fat is starting to get softer. The next step is when the fat comes off. I am hammering cardio like never before.
