    what bf do you think i am?

    followed the advice of continuing to lift heavy whilst 30mins of cardio every day after lifting. i have also changed my diet to 6 meals aday and feel alot better. preping for my first cycle of Anavar , do you think it would help at this stage. i was told i had a bf 24.9% on a test at work approx 2mnth ago!!

    yah, 25% is waaay off.

    I'd put in the 15-17% range.

    Hey buddy;
    I think you look good - definately on the right track, but i would wait 6 mos before u do the anvar to get the BF down. I agree that 15-17 is about right - you could easily get to 12-15 in 6 moths. Also I'd say do the cardio at least 4 hours before or after your workout. After your workout you body really needs a protein shake and some simple carbs to build muscle, not additional exercise to break down muscle. Post work out is the ONLT time I would recommend simple carbs - after that stick to brown rice sweet potatoes etc. for complex carbs. BTW - I like to microwave sweetpotatos and take them to work as a snack. they are very convenient and carry well - just like a banana. you can eat the skin & all.
