first time posting pix, just a lil bored.
I took some pix the other day after doing an arm workout, was a lil pumped. I figure my bodyfat to be about 12-5-13% right now goals are to gain about 10-15pounds before hittin the carido machines to get down to about 9%. since i started eating more ive gained about 8 pounds in the past 6 months and am definitely a hard gainer. last april i tore a muscle in my shoulder and put a damper on my workouts for about 7-8 months, i basically did everything but chest and shoulders, started focusing on legs and working abs more. now im fully recovered and building chest and shoulders back up, they are pretty much back to where they were strength wise but now with my new diet i should be breaking previous platueas
heres some stats:
-26years old in april.
-been lifting on and off for 10 years, mostly on, but poor diet kept me light. stopped working out for about 8 months in 05 aand lost about 13lbs and was down to 142 and started again back in may06 so ive gained 30pounds since then.
-5'7 1/2
-172 in just shorts no shoes.
-no cycles
-legs are under construction but coming along nicely and will look very nice when the BF comes down. neglected them for years like many young lifters and having lower back problems made it even worse. now i do everything but squating.
-contemplating doing a tbol only cycle to give me a few lean pounds.

Looking really good. You should stay clean for awhile longer and go get some trophies in some natural shows with another year or so of hard training. Great job!!!

Sick arm development dude. Bring those wheels on par with everything else, that's where all your power comes from if you're involved in any kind of sports

chest is still a lil behind cuase i couldnt do any chest from april last year to about december, so its still getting back in shape, but my chest gets insanely pumped when i work it i love it. heres an older pic taken after a chest work out was definitely pumped, BF was a lil lower here but i was also only like 158.
